A fantastic experience start to finish. I would recommend the coconut calamari and the Chef’s special they were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The staff was super kind and friendly. Our waiter was great at helping make suggestions as to some of his favorite things on the menu, and thank goodness because everything sounded good and it was tough to pick something. If you want Mexican food that on the fancier side, I would recommend going here and trying it out.

Walked over from Bellagio based on the good reviews. Start to finish, everything was great. The coconut calamari appetizer is awesome and enough for 2 couples to share. We shared tacos and a burrito. Salma our server was the best! Great attention to details and super friendly and personable. There was a spilled drink on our table and she was just great about getting it squared away!

I have so much to say about this place. The service could be better, but out of the 3 times we went it was really only one time that we had an issue. However, the food was extremely good. From the chips, to the ceviche, to the carnitas and beef rib…. Just wow! Make this a stop for dinner regardless of where you’re staying on the strip!

What a great find tucked away on the first floor of the Forum Shops. Everything we ordered had great flavor, including the shrimp taquitos, guacamole, and steak and shrimp tacos. They even had vegetarian options and we picked the sweet potato and black bean tacos. Highly recommended.

Went with a group of 8, had a rez on OT and we were a bit late but they were accommodating. Chips and salsa/ bean dip included. We got guac sol, ceviche sol, and calamari – all excellent. I got the Cucumber Jalapeno marg and was tasty and spicy! Shrimp quesadilla was amazing and get the spicy slaw for side! Amazing service and all around experience.

We just recently had dinner at SOL and I gotta say our experience was great. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and taken to our seats. Peter Maldonado the general manager asked if we wanted to seat near the music or not, I thought that was very considerate. He proceeded to recommend cocktails and appetizers. Which were amazing! So, thank you Peter for your amazing suggestions. Our server Jesse also did an amazing job at keeping our waters refilled and taking our order in a timely manner. So, the service was superb.

Let’s start with the appetizers! They have the absolute tastiest and tenderest Calamari that I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Sometimes Calamari can be hit or miss. Not at SOL! They prepare this dish differently, it is done in long “planks” and then breaded with finely ground Panko crumbs and then rolled in coconut flakes. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Bursting with flavor and be sure and dip away with the spicy dipping sauce, which is not too hot but has enough bite to let you know it is there on your taste buds.
