We had the pork breakfast burrito with red and green chili. Each of the ingredients was prepared well. The pork was tender, eggs were fluffy, potato was aldente. The proportion of ingredients was perfect, lots of the good stuff, no filler. Chili had flavor with a little bit of heat. Excellent. Staff were friendly.

Iykyk! Hands down the best tacos, burritos, GORDITAS, bowls you can find in all of Central Oregon. Highly recommend the Gorditas, hand made to order shells. The most excellent New Mexico green and red salsa to top all of the wonder dishes made here. Don’t sleep on this place folks. And you have 16oz bottle Coke!!! Have to love it when a food truck is slangin better food than any other restaurant.

We are visiting from out of town but have lived here in Bend off and on for years…Damn just had the best breakfast burrito!!!!! freshest!!! Green salsa is the best salsa I have ever had!!!! Wow she’s doing something right. Thank you Sol Verde for all your hard work on this journey.

The food is great with high quality ingredients that are always fresh. They have great vegan options with potatoes which I love because not everyone does burritos with potatoes. The women who own and run it are really friendly. 100% would recommend to anyone.

If you want proper New Mexico style Mexican food, and especially if you have never tried New Mexico style Mexican food, you absolutely have to eat here. Once you have tried it, you may never be satisfied with anything else though. Sadly, Sol Verde is closed in the Winter, but it is worth waiting for.

Sol Verde is my absolute favorite place to get something to eat! “Best Food Truck in Bend” does not tell the story. I would say Sol Verde serves the best meals in Bend, which just happen to be created in a food truck. If you go, you will be a Superfan too…

Best breakfast burrito in Bend, and probably anywhere in the PNW. I have been coming here for three years. The ingredients are good quality and always consistent. Kat the owner is great too. I’ll never tire of these food truck burritos. I like the breakfast burrito with chicken, spinach and red sauce. My husky likes any combination.
