Really good sandwiches, soups, wraps and smoothies, all with vegetarian/vegan options or chicken, turkey, tri-tip, or tuna options for omnivores. Very popular but service is fast even when busy. Dine in or carry out, they have tables for two to four and a small counter facing the window. Salads are really good, and huge, you won’t be hungry. The smoothies are healthy – so no added sugar, I guess, so they taste like fruit, not ice cream. The coconut curry soup is very good. Not sure what’s up with the gold wallpaper, that’s a bit odd, but I still love this place and will be back often. Really glad there is a quick healthy option. Highly recommend.

This is our second time here after a hike in the local hills. Food was tasty, seemed fresh, and each time was really good. Perfect after 3 to 4 hours in the hills. Refreshing fruit, salad, and drinks.
