Ordered the Bento box in order try a variety of options. I left highly impressed with every dish. The Katsu Curry was as good as it gets. Really enjoyed the Sushi, as well as the variety of other dishes we tried. This is truly a hidden gem.

If you are looking for fresh, high-quality sushi and sashimi in the Charlotte Metro, this is the place. A small, restaurant in Plantation Market located in Matthews, NC. The variety of rolls and specialty rolls are impressive and they never disappoint. Word of caution before making the drive- check on wait time because the restaurant has a handful of tables and seating available. Definitely worth the visit!

I’m absolutely obsessed with the Katsucurry, although I don’t put the katsu sauce on it so it’s more just the curry I’m obsessed with. I love katsu sauce on its own but the two flavors together are a little strong for me. But the curry has such a strong nostalgic feeling even though I’ve never been to Japan myself, it’s wonderful.

My wife & I dine here regularly, and the food is always exceptional. We primarily go there just for the Sushi, and I would highly recommend it – always very well prepared, and they have an excellent offering (particularly if you like Rolls, like I do!). It is located in the Harris-Teeter strip center, but please don’t let the exterior fool you – I promise you’ll have excellent sushi & friendly service!

The popcorn shrimp is mind blowing! You gotta like the aioli glaze they use though which I do. The shrimp texture is perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I recommend getting the bento box!
