Probably more 4.5 stars, but will round up until I can try them again and see how consistent they are.

My boyfriend and I came here in August 2021. It was our first time coming here and we have been talking about coming back here soon. Everything was so delicious. I love the variety options of all-you-can eat banchan (side dishes, not pictured). I personally love the fish cakes(from banchan) and I had to exercise some self-control to not get too much of banchan since I wanted to try the dishes. The soup and cold noodles were my favorite. They were both refreshing and balanced out the spices and meats from rice cakes and budae jjigae.

Delicious Authentic Korean Food… loved the free flowing salad & kimchi bar. This Restaurant was a really good choice for us while we were visiting for the Long Beach Convention Center over the weekend.

I found this place because I was working in the area and looking for good Korean food. I was NOT disappointed! I tried their bibim naengmyeong, super flavorful! I didn’t have to add extra vinegar or mustard. Some places the cold broth is bland or flavorless but not here. They have a self serve banchan bar, highly recommend the fish cakes. Coming from Riverside County, my trip was well worth It.

My friend introduced me to this place, food was very delicious. All u can eat side dishes with Gamjatang which is a pork neck soup n bulgobi. Each one was very tasty, worth the self service we had to do. I am certainly going back.

Serve yourself Korean food. LOL! They might be onto something. You don’t need a button or to take the scowls of someone’s angry mom. The food was decent for being in a suburban area. Don’t expect LA style Korean food out here, but very good. Gamjatang had a good amount of meat and a very tiny bit of potatoes in comparison. I’d even out the ratio for the potatoes. Hit the spot like mom’s cooking. If you haven’t had Korean in a while and want some, come here. Most places like this in smaller Korean communities taste like Korean ramen powder. This one had good pork flavor. Got a soondae, soju and beers. Banchan was good, not great. The biggest part was the young girl who worked the register. Super helpful. Very polite. Service is usually the aspect missing in Korean or Asian restaurants. She started off the experience great, so food probably ended up tasting better too. Nothing beats a heart warming soup, purple rice, and soju. Add your own service and a kind hostess and you should have a five star experience.

Not only was this my first time here, it was my first experience with Korean food. I came away full and impressed. The woman behind the counter was super nice and patiently described all the dish options for a noob like me.
