We went here for a valentines dinner, it was delicious! We ordered a shrimp cocktail appetizer that was perfect. The cocktail sauce was uniquely flavorful. Our drinks, a rosemary gimlet and a raspberry mojito, were also fantastic. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed with our steaks. It was busy, and I’m sure it was hectic in the kitchen, but our steaks both came out overdone (medium rare vs. well done). The plate had mashed potatoes, broccoli, and a steak. It tasted amazing, on par with some of the best steaks I’ve had, but it was a little dry from being well done. The potatoes were also wonderful! So much flavor with a smooth texture. The broccoli, while outstanding(!), was just roasted broccoli. The plate together tasted great, but was a bit underwhelming for the price.

The decor is really nice. The wait staff is very friendly and responsive. The food was great and I can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu. The smoked potatoes were perfectly creamy inside. The goat cheese with the Brussels sprouts is genius… So good!

This is Hudsonville’s hidden gem! Our brunch meal was full of flavor and looked incredible. This isn’t your average chain restaurant; everything is made fresh right in front of your eyes from a top quality chef. You’re going to pay between $12-18 for a plate, but the taste and environment is worth the price. The menu may be slim, but all the choices are hand crafted to perfection by the chef himself. We will be bringing out-of-towners here again!

This has quickly become our go to place for dinner with friends, impromptu date nights, an afternoon latte break, Sunday brunch. Everything we’ve tried has been If there’s not a cozy table available, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar by the kitchen. The chefs are fascinating to watch and it’s our favorite way to decide what to try on our next visit. Our favorites so far…the smoked potatoes with the harissa sauce, the meat ragout and the burrata and pear focaccia.

First time visit for us. I ordered Cajun Shrimp over cheese grits. It was one of the specials. It was spicy and also included sausage and fresh veggies. My friend entree was also served over cheese grits. Both were very good. We finished with a Toffee cake that was served warm with sauce and ice cream. It also was very good but large so definitely one you need to share. Menu would be pricey for families and not kid friendly. If you are looking for something a bit unusual this would be a good choice.

Ever since the new mangers can into place and also a whole new kitchen crew, this is the best place I’ve been to by far! That old menu made by the “chef” was trash literally no taste at all everything was bland. This new and improved team has made some of the most simplest dishes like chicken and waffles taste amazing!! Everything tastes super fresh! And the hummus is to die for! The service was awesome everything was super quick and everything tastes like it’s made from scratch. Perfect get together spot!
