An excellent experience as soon as we walked in the door. Atmosphere was great, service was wonderful, food was amazing!! Meal starts with bread and olive oil- the bread was airy and warm, the olive oil had a nice bite to it, it was an excellent way to start a meal. We ordered a variety of pies, as well as salads (Caesar and Caprese), meatballs, and roasted potatoes. Highly recommend if you are in NJ or NYC.

Their pizza is really good especially the vegetables one. The burrata platter is outstanding even though it comes with prosciutto (I’m vegetarian). The food is very tasty and the staff is polite. What I highly recommend is their tiramisu which is a dream. A little pricey but 100% worth the quality of their food.

I’ve wanted to try this place for awhile because their pizzas look amazing. I didn’t end up finding them to be amazing, but still very good. We had the Bufalina and the Burrata pizza. The pizza crust was delicious! It was nice and chewy. However, the center of the pizza was soggy. They undercook their pizza. You needed to eat the Burrata pizza with 2 hands because it kept falling apart when you picked it up. Since the pizza is soggy in the middle the Burrata weighed in down. You really needed to eat that pizza with a fork and a knife. We still enjoyed both of the pizzas. One thing disappointing is that they were out of most of their desserts. I ended up getting a cheesecake which was served in a cup. It was mediocre, and I wouldn’t order it again. I recommend Song E Napule in Rutherford!

Good Lord, this place is awesome! It’s rare to find a place that does authentic Neapolitan pizza (and fried pizza!) so well. It took me right back to my trips to Naples. The service is sublime, and I like the way the restaurant is laid out. The booth seating is very comfortable. The outdoor dining is lovely, as well.

Enjoyed a nice lunch here on Sunday. Nice menu selections. We tried the calamari. It was perfectly cooked and included tentacles which we love. The meatball appetizer was tasty, albeit small and it had a nice sauce and fresh parmesean cheese. We had the sausage and broccoli Rabe pie. My wife loved it. I’m not a big fan of the double o dough but it was good. My favorite was the fried calzone with Sicilian salami and Parmesean cream. The place is clean . They do need some help with training the staff. In 2 visits there was alot of confusion of wait staff. Also both times we saw food products being brought in thru front door as if coming from an offsite storage so it’s an interruption to dining experience. Our son had gotten delivery from there and dined in and found no difference. The food served in dr shouldn’t have the same steamed in a container taste and feel of something delivered 15 minutes away. It’s not the best and it’s pricey. For me this is a one and done .
