It is there Grand Opening week so it is very busy. But seems like they are hustling to get everyone through. Everything we had tonight was very good. So glad to finally have a Sonic in town.

The food is good quality and fresh as long as you don’t order the Jr. Items that sit waiting to be prepared. The service was very friendly and will hold a conversation when asked to but briefly. The wait in drive thru was approximately 45min at 4pm and 15min in the stalls. It is expected to drop down to reasonable times after the first few months. The online app for this location is unavailable at this time probably due to the serge of customers that would make it chaotic. I was provided with materials that indicates the employer is not abiding by state law regarding required rest breaks and is up to $1,000 per occurrence. This is not ok to do to your front line worker’s as they are paid for breaks. Not giving breaks and inputting them after the fact is theft hopefully that is not the case. This review and the material supplied will be forwarded to BOLI for an internal investigation. Any response to this review will be sent.

The food has been pretty tasty so far and all the employees have been very nice plus they’ll give your dogs treats if the dog is nice. It’s been awesome having something different in Klamath, but it’s still a Sonic and it’s still just fast food.

We stopped at this Sonic on the way home from a family vacation and were super impressed. Our local one is nothing like the service here. We were there on a “soft launch” day as it was just opening. Staff were in training, but were super friendly and customer service oriented. We met Corey the owner who was out greeting customers. He was very gracious and appreciative that we stopped in. The bathrooms are clean as well. Excellent, fresh, hot food too.

The guy helping us is perfect for customer service. He had a great attitude and made light of the situation.But he walked around to different people with our order. Even though we’re parked in one of the slots. I just don’t like the idea of others touching it and what not. And my milkshake was wrong, and he said well it says that’s the flavor on the ticket, but it wasn’t. And then we got home to eat it, and the food was horrible it was cold, seemed old. Just not impressed for my first time. But just try to keep food fresh. You look busy enough to.

We waited 30 minutes to get a milkshake one night. It was good. Someone brought me Sonic last night unannounced. I was expecting a sweet sip of soda and instead something bitter came out the straw. The tost was burnt and the dogs were hesitant to eat it. The chicken strips were dry. There was only one onion ring, not sure if that was a mistake. The only thing that was good were the tater tots. I don’t eat fast food very often and this didn’t help its case. I hope they didn’t spend very much on the food as it was a waste. I would take a home cooked meal over this any day. Probably won’t be back unless the line is shorter and I want a milkshake. Though I make those at home myself all the time.
