Went through the drive thru, and when the kid came on, he was laughing like there was a party going on. We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, a premium burrito, and French toast sticks. Neither when we ordered or when we got out food did they tell us they were out of syrup. The eggs in the burritos were burnt with the black remains of who knows how many other eggs that weren’t cleaned off for hours. When we went back to tell them and get different food, it was a new girl (Reagan) just getting on shift who was super nice and understanding, so we got burgers instead. Mine ended up having a hair in it. 2/10 wouldn’t recommend.

My recent visits to Sonic Drive-In were a bit challenging as my order took two attempts to get right. However, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and patience throughout the process. Despite the initial mix-up, the employees were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to correct the situation. Their dedication to customer satisfaction stood out, and I appreciated their efforts to make things right. While there was a hiccup with my order, the positive attitude of the staff made the experience better. With their great customer service, I’ll definitely consider returning to Sonic Drive-In in the future.

Very disappointed. I got my order taken and everything was rang in the correct way. Then I went to the window and paid and was given the wrong milkshake. I gave it back and asked for the correct one and they were respectful about it then i noticed i had no sauce and the wrong food too. I pulled out of line and went to go in person and not hold up the line. My boyfriend went to ask for the correct food, my milkshake, and my sauces that were also forgotten. I got a very pitiful milkshake with like 5 pieces of my topping ALL AT THE BOTTOM!! Never ever had someone do that. I got my correct food but was not given sauces. Terrible overall. Do better.

Stopped by today to orders drive thru and I had to repeat myself multiple times during ordering 2 burgers and a cheesesteak. Guy at the window couldn’t stop smiling as if there was something funny going on inside the whole time. I waited at the window a few minutes until they finally handed over our food. Drove home 20 minutes and then found out we were missing a burger!!!!

I came here to eat with my family after my daughters soccer game and the service was utterly disturbing. This establishment is run by teenagers that have no care for serving customers. They were out here cursing and being very loud and rude. The food was burnt and uneditable. I asked for dipping sauce and ketchup 4xs before I had to go get it myself. Our server was Anthony and I suggest you guys fire this individual as he does not care for his customer or the company.

this has got to be one of the worst experiences i had at a fast food place. we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes and when we finally made it to the intercom the dude didn’t ask for our order for about 10 minutes. after he took our order we watched him make our ice cream and he put his finger in one of the ice creams cups….like what?! our ice cream was not mixed at all. i’m so disappointed.

Service sucked! They got my order mixed up with the next car and acted like it was my fault. Milkshake was rotten, again my fault! Manager was no help. Only thing that was edible was the burger and that’s only because they had to make a new one after arguing with me about it. Now I see why we were the only ones in the parking lot.

I promise you this is the worst run sonic in the country! Extremely poorly managed, horrible service, super slow (taking over 20 mins to get any help), drinks with no ice, cold food. I’ve visited a handful of sonics in other states and have never experienced service like this. It’s really quite sad! Management needs to step up their game or Sonic HQ should shut this one down.
