Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Guy taking order was cool.. Ordered lettuce mayo and pickle only….got my sandwich and bit a whole light brown long stand of hair , I was driving so I had to decide to catch hurl or not..ok no hair nets or beard nets and maybe poor hand washing..i am VERY discouraged from eating at THIS sonic beside applebees …sonic and lows..

So this was always our “go to” Sonics because it was the closest. But a recent experience has made us boycott this location. During our last and final visit not only did they get our order wrong by adding mustard to both burgers we ordered even though I listed no mustard, sending cold mozzarella sticks, cold tots, and they included rotten lettuce on one burger to boot. When I tried to get a refund for the burgers (should’ve been for the entire order) I ordered I was told that since I ordered on the app that I could only get a replacement of the food. That was a definitive “NO” for me. I called the customer service center and was told that I would be given a gift card which to this day (some 3 weeks later) I haven’t received. Be very cautious of what you order at this location…these folks DO NOT CARE about customer satisfaction

Update: several days ago they had no onion rings and same thing today. They are always either out of something or something isn’t working. No small cups! Had to get a medium shake and pay medium price! This happens all the time. At least they had shakes. Most of the time they don’t. Say they have to charge for medium. The staff needs some customer service training. Every trip to this place is an aggravation. Luckily there is a chick-fil-a right up the road. Oh, and please don’t waste your time and reply with your usual canned response.

Here we are once again, this location is consistently an absolute embarrassment to the brand and should be closed and demolished. At a little after 8:30 (in a store that is open til 11.) with 4 cars in the drive through in front of me. I am told I can’t order like they did because they are once again closing due to lack of staff.
