Got there at about 10:18pm and was told they were closed. I explained that it was posted as closing at 11pm everywhere and the lady said “yeah well, we are closing at 10:30 tonight” I then said it was 10:18 and she responded with “I don’t care we are closed.” I also suggested they ask to update the hours so this doesn’t happen and received another snippy remark. When I asked for her name she refused and when I asked for a manager she refused again, all I know is she is blonde and young from seeing her through the window. I also don’t understand why she’d be wearing a headset if they were actually closed, and the hours had been updated recently as well.

This is a wonderful sonic establishment! probably the best one I have ever been to ! I met the cook, believe his name was Brandon E. , finally someone in fast food that cares about the quality of food they produce, everything was made precise and tasted fresh ! Forgot it was a fast food restaurant, sonics should take more advice from Brandon E, cause that guy can run a kitchen … there are 2 sonics between my house and this one and let me tell you , I will be taking my business here everytime!

After waiting for this for way too long when there were no other customers, our order was brought out with the excuse that they didn’t see it….Well, it got to us, and this was the Cookie Dough Blast that showed up. Literally, that was the only amount of cookie dough in that entire thing….

I sat for 20 mins or more with no one taking my order. I pushed the ready to order button twice. I only came here because it’s what my child wanted but I doubt we will be back. This was a Saturday at lunchtime but it wasn’t even busy when I arrived. I eventually had to go through the actual drive through to get our order placed.

Today was the 2nd time I placed my order ahead via the mobile app. Both times the order has been wrong and not ready when I arrived. Today I ordered an All American dog without ketchup, without relish, add chili as a combo order. It should’ve been ready at 12:35pm but it wasn’t when I arrived at 12:41pm. After checking in, I waited an additional 10min. I used the buzzer at the stall to speak to someone and after a few more minutes, they came out with my order. The dog had ketchup & relish. I buzzed them, she came back, got the dog & I told her what it should have. The cook came out next with a dog that just had chili. I told him what it should have and he took it back. 3rd time, they got it right but it took an additional 15min. This location has the absolute worst service!!

Worst dining experience in any way. Used app to order. When I informed staff I was there, I was barely acknowledged. Requested my food 2 times. On third request,I was told “we are remaking your order.”. 40 minutes later, my group was leaving and they brought out cold food. I was told they added extra food to “make up” for my wait. They added a small order of tater tots.

Parking lot was blacked out an hour early. Stopped serving food at 9:45 when the store closes at 11 and the whole kitchen reeked of marijuana. The chick took my card and i paid for my drink and she gave it back to me saying have a good night. I had to ask her three times to give me the drink she just charged me for. Kids…. Drugs are bad for you.

Placed an app order, pulled into the stall per instructions. Ordered two drinks and tater tots via the app, figuring it was a simple order, as it was an hour before closing and wouldn’t take long. Saw an employee mopping the floor. Stall screen said order was being prepared. About 15 minutes later I watched who I guess was another employee that had been sitting and chatting in front the whole time I was waiting, enter the kitchen than exit and go right back to socializing. 30 minutes later, the employee that was mopping saw me parked, but no acknowledgment was made. Another mobile app customer went to the door and was asking about her order, then I saw the employee take a slip of paper from a printer just inside the door and look at me. I saw that slip of paper on the printer when I pulled into the stall. Five minutes later the worker finally brought my order out and said that the system had gone down. I have a hard time believing the system was down as that slip of paper was there the whole time I was waiting, and didn’t get looked at until the other customer alerted the workers that they had an app order. If the system was down, wouldn’t you keep checking to see if it by chance came back on? Didn’t seem like it was down as the screen at the stall (not my phone) said the order was being prepared. Also, I tried calling and every time it said nobody was available to answer the call and automatically hung up. Upon everything else, one of the drinks was wrong and the tater tots were just warm. By then I was just done!!! Never again will I be coming to this Sonic!!!
