Order ahead through the app is unavailable so you can’t take advantage of the 1/2 off drinks. I let the server know of my food allergy and asked to leave allergen off of the burger. So now I spent $12 for a full price drink and a burger that I can’t eat. This is not the first or second time this happened at this location.

I work near this sonic so this is always a go to for food, but lately I’ve noticed just a decline in service and speed. The sonic off of Capital boulevard near Just Tires is what I’m used to and they always have exactly what I ordered and even go over the top sometimes. This place takes twice as long for food, something is usually always messed up or missing something and it just doesn’t make sense. I ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerds and mozzarella sticks, which seems to be a very simple order. It took a good time no worry about that, but the drink was barely mixed in I had to mix the blue raspberry in myself and I’ve counted maybe 7 nerds in it. I mean come on, i expect at least more effort then that. Very disappointed, I used to come here as a kid and the service was amazing but now it’s just gone to waste and no one seems to care inside. Disappointed and won’t be coming back to this one.

I tried this location again because they had half off shakes. It wasn’t worth it. This location is so terrible. We ordered 4 shakes in the app and put our stall number in. Our order said it was getting ready in the kitchen for over 15 minutes so we pressed the red button. They said they’d be right out. They gave us 3 out of our 4 shakes and said they were out of one of them. We told them what flavor we’d like instead and they didn’t bring it out. We contacted them 5 more times through the red button to finally get it. It took 40 minutes to get my toddler her shake!! They were rude and tried to send us to the drive thru multiple times to place an order not trying to understand we needed our order that was already placed.

My husband & I stopped by tonight. We pulled into a stall and pressed the button, and some guy rudely said to go to the drive through, beside the attitude, it was no big deal. We get to the speaker (which really needs to be replaced) and place our order. The girl taking the order kept telling us to hold, which was fine because we weren’t in a hurry. We get to the window and watch them run an order to a car pulled forward. She came back to the window, and she read off two orders that were behind us. I said, “I think you may have given our order to them,” Then, she found our order on the screen and reads off two of the three things we ordered. We told her the blt should have been on there too, and instead of apologizing, she rudely says “you didn’t order one.” we said we did, and in fact, it was the first thing ordered. She then again says, “You didn’t order one, I took the order.” We say we definitely did. They updated the order, and we got our sandwich. However, the attitude was unnecessary and definitely drove customers away. It’s worth the few minutes down the road to the other one.

Sonic food itself is ok, but this rating is all about the service or lack of. Everytime i come here, something is wrong. Everytime they are out of something, or cant do something or the order is messed up. Management is lacking alot, and it seems the supply coordinating doesnt exist. Right now i am sitting parked in front of a window. I asked the person for a large shake and she said they are out of large cups….mind you i am parked in front of a window. I can see multiple stacks of large cups right in front of me and in multiple places within the building…..so now they are lying to their customers too…..

The manager at this location was one of the worst I have ever seen in a customer service, fast food experience. Even more, it was clear all the employees were aware and apologized for his behavior because he was oblivious. I will drive out of my way to go to the Atlantic Ave store from now on, because they know how to treat customers. To make it worse the place was a disaster and the drinks were wrong so we had to go back. This is the second time the drink order was wrong in two visits over two weeks.

The hours should be updated if the establishment closes at 10:30 p.m., which is earlier than what is stated on the window and Google. Yesterday, I arrived at Sonic around 10:15 p.m. I was sitting in the parking lot while taking a phone call. However, I had placed an order through the app. While on the phone, I noticed that the employee had turned off all outside lights at 10:25 p.m. – while customers were in line and parked. I rushed to the drive-thru only for an employee to rudely say, “we’re closed,” we’re closed. I kept telling her I already paid for my order, and she said they didn’t have it in the system. After going back and forth for about 2 minutes, she finally admitted that my order was in the system. I pulled around for her to throw my order in the car and tell me to have a good day

I really enjoyed my food and service at this Sonic. This was my first time here and I can assure you that I will drive the 15 minutes back to this location again. The staff even came out to ask how my food tasted. This was the same polite individual that took my order. His name is Shawn . He really went above and beyond, just as the carhop lady was very helpful and polite. Thanks for the experience..

Waited 22 minutes for two shakes, had to go get someone to check on them, waited a few minutes more, was told no one was checking the ice cream orders. All of the hot fudge was on the bottom of the cup. Too thick to drink for almost a half hour.
