Worst service I have ever seen at a Sonic. Hit the button, got ignored for well over 10 minutes, hit it again, same issue. Maybe 6 other cars there. Two left without service. Plenty of employees walking around inside. Pitiful work ethic! Ended up leaving without anyone even acknowledging we were there. Don’t waste your time here!

Went to place my order and after five minutes I do so. I then see nothing resembling my order on the screen and explained to the person taking my order that my order was not on the screen and that the order was incorrect. Awkward silence occurs. The next thing I know they take my order and the screen just says that my order is on the way. At this point, we’re about ten minutes into this ordeal of ordering food and I decide to go elsewhere, because I never had an opportunity to pay and had a good feeling I would’ve ended up yelling at someone due to being a little hangry – In my defense, I had just left my father’s funeral….

Idk if I choose a bad time but this might b the worst sonic I’ve been to. It takes absolutely forever and the food is not even kinda good. My iced coffee is just ice water and maybe a pump of cream. They r going to bring me a regular coffee to replace it… Thank goodness I didn’t just drive off. It’s all pretty terrible

Edit: I ordered Oreo Espresso Cheesecake Shake, I got disgusting! Didn’t keep it long enough to take pictures. Staff said, it’s cheesecake flavored and maybe it was too much put in, in response to me saying it tasted spoiled. Then she says hold on, comes back out says we put it back on your card, should be up there tomorrow. No apology, nothing to show it was refunded, just walked away. Customer service skills, zero stars. Helpful staff must have moved on to greener pastures.

This was great. The food came out fairly quickly. My family and I ordered 5 drinks and 4 food items and it came out in about 10 minutes. The food was amazing and the fries and burger I had was newly cooked and just came out which is surprising for how quickly we got out food. The place is at the top of it’s game. My family got everything we asked for and everything fresh off the grill and out of the oven. The person that did our order was perfect she made that we got everything we wanted, never interrupted and said “It was a pleasure taking your order you guys are so nice and I hope you have a great day” She was so sweet and I think she should get a raise. She is this nicest lady ever. That was the best drive in experience I have ever had. 5 stars absolutely.
