This Sonic is hit or miss. Most of the time it’s great, but there are a few times they just completely miss the mark with either service or quality of the food. The times we have stopped, it’s usually not very busy and it’s a small order. Yes, we’ve had to wait a while before while being the only ones ordering, and we have also had overdone or just nasty tasting food. I haven’t stopped in a few months, hopefully things have improved and they are back on their A game.

When will I ever learn if they can’t get it right the first 5 times, chances are the sixth will be no different. I ordered a supper sonic bacon double cheeseburger and I hope they didn’t run out of lettuce because of me. It had no bacon and the burgers were horrible!!! Never Again!

Sad we ordered a m&m/ Oreo blast and a strawberry cheesecake shake. Get down the road only to realize they didn’t put the m&ms and there was NO cheesecake or strawberry in my shake just vanilla. But they were petty enough to put the cheesecake sprinkles on top.

Workers r really rude. They mess my order up and my milkshake. Seen a girl smoking in the parking lot supposed to be sweeping it but wasn’t. Very rude. And they r extremely slow when it comes to getting ur food. And when u do get it it’s very nasty.

Only stopped for a classic strawberry shake. I tried to place a mobile order through the app, but there are no milkshake selections available. Kinda odd, but I still got my milkshake! My car hop was extremely friendly and out with my shake quick. I’ll be there again. Next time is Reese’s.

We waited for almost over 35 minutes for one chicken club sandwich combo. When it arrived the chicken in the sandwich was so dehydrated and old it must have been cooked the day before. It’s was so tough it was inedible. The lettuce was yellow and wilted and the tomatoes werent much better. We realized this all after we had left and I refused to waste another half an hour on one meal. So we drove to the McDonald’s right next door and had a much better experience. Totally unacceptable.

Only came here because I needed something quick and the drive thru was empty. Ordered my meal with tater tots and corrected them once they recited the order back to me and they still gave me fries. Went to eat my sandwich and the chicken and bun both looked burnt. I bit into the sandwich and the chicken was very hard like it was sitting around for hours. The hardest of the chicken scratched and irritated my gums such a disappointment but the young lady who took my order was very kind and sweet.
