I really hate to complain but the staff at this location is utterly incompetent time and time again. My most recent visit I ordered a chili dog combo for my 86 year old grandmother with the chili, cheese, and onions on the side. They charged me individually for each item that was supposed to come with the combo excluding the tater tots, they left that out all together, which made the combo cost twice it’s original price. I noticed the tater tots were missing and asked about them and they told me if I want tater tots it would be an extra charge. I explained to them that I ordered the Chili Cheese Coney combo with tots a lemonade and the toppings on the side and that there was a mistake on their side. They refused to fix the mistake and only offered the tater tots at an additional cost. I tried to explain to the cashier but it seemed to not register with her. I’ve taken the issue to corporate. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had just simply fixed the issue. I will never give this location my business again.

I’m not sure how this place stays open. Every time we go -which is rare- the drinks taste horrible like the machines haven’t been cleaned & no one must change out the mix or CO2. The order is never right. Probably should close down already.

My husband wanted the new grilled cheese double cheeseburger. It was awful. Nothing like they showed on TV. The patties were small and not cooked all the way and so many onions on it. Loaded with ketchup and mustard. Not very good. Everything else they have is very good. This burger is a rip off.

After 15 mins of waiting for our order then 30 mins for 5 tenders a conie dog 2 order of mozzarella sticks and 2 kids meals and a shake the kids burger was like cardboard the hotdog was burnt the shake was water. After 36 min waiting on another hotdog it was good.
