This location is completely incapable of fixing an order correctly. My last three attempts at a strawberry limeade have failed miserably. The milk shakes are only halfway filled with most of the contents on the outside of the cup. The food is always cold.

Just a bad experience, if you want to wait around for 20 min while saying to your self what is happening right now then you are welcome to do so, I backed out and went to Macdonald, I don’t even like Macdonald. Also why is the bathroom under lock and key, you are acting like a 7-Eleven.

I hope you lose this business. The service has been going down for months now. Just within the past 2 days I’ve had 2 messed up orders, both involve breakfast burrito. 1st one tasted like old cooking oil, and burrito was wrapped way too loose to where it was falling apart. The second burrito was completely wrong ingredients, wrapped too loose and they tried charging almost $8 for a $6 burrito

Sat in a stall for 20 minutes after pressing the button with absolutely no response or interaction from employees. However, the kid 2 stalls down from me was served in a timely fashion. I’m not sure what I did to the employees, but I want them to know that they made me cry. All I wanted was a RT 44 Coke.

Seriously! A BBLT I got only had 4 half strips of bacon on it. Plus it was on two bottom buns. One was white looking the other was yellow. I asked the girl how many pieces of bacon comes on A BBLT she said her manager said double what a regular one has. So you mean to tell me a regular Blt comes with two half strips of bacon? I asked if I could get a pack of mayonnaise and waited for twenty minutes and never received any. Then my boyfriend’s burger was on two top buns. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely horrible ordered my food online check in when I got there in the stall had to wait 30 minutes for my food while other people got their orders and then when I got my food it was cold. Terrible have no plans of ever returning.

Service was very slow. Took 20 minutes in line to get to the drive-thru & then sat 15 minutes at the window to get my food. Then when I got my food my chili tots were slightly over done. Although as much as the service was slow & the food was bearable my main concern & issue was the staff. As a person who has worked in the food industry for a long time I honestly was extremely grossed out, but the drive-thru lady’s fake nails. I completely understand with Covid that a lot of places are short staffed especially fast food places, but how is that even sanitary.
