The food was fantastic of course, so many things to choose from on the park and order menu board. There’s also a drive through. We had plenty of time to decide what we wanted, then I pressed the red button on the menu board, and our order was taken quickly. The food took about 10 minutes to prepare, and the car hop was really nice to us. The prices are very affordable.

Came to pick up an order for Uber Eats and the instructions state to pull up to the drive-in speaker and provide the customer’s name and order #. 20 minutes later and no one even greeted me or acknowledged me. I pressed the red button 3 times. I ended up having to cancel the order, due to ‘excessive wait time’.

This place needs to hire and staff this location better. Been coming here since 2021 and every single time I have had to wait no less than 15 mins in the drive thru (after ordering) for my food. This is the case even when I am the only car in the drive thru. Food is consistently good, order is correct, but the wait time is simply asinine.

There should be no reason as to why this fast food restaurant has its customers waiting in line for over an hour. I came here at 9 pm and did not leave until 10 pm after waiting so long I decided to leave and go to another restaurant. I highly suggest not visiting this location at night, unless you want to be waiting in line for hours. Crazy part is only two cars was ahead of me.

By far the worst Sonic I have ever been to. My hot dog was not cooked thoroughly (basically raw) and the popcorn chicken was just bread crumbs. It also wasn’t sauced correctly. The bun was wet and soggy and my husband’s burger was cold. Good chili cheese tots though. The service was fast but food was not cooked properly and the intercoms need to be fixed. Wasted $30 on food…

I don’t know what is worse, the employees outside smoking instead of waiting on customers, the consistently incorrect orders (3 times in a row), the 15+ minute wait times, or the long, disgusting black hair included at no extra charge with the (incorrect) order.

Kiosk did not work inside. All the tables inside and outside were dirty. Popcorn chicken portions were small with small rock hard pieces. Fries were old and a mix of small ends and overcooked pieces. Nothing was good, total waste of $27.
