I came here because my dad wanted some ice water and my grandparents didn’t have any ice. When we arrived the building looked run down and sketchy.the bathroom had flickering lights that were extremely annoying. The people we talked to were nice and the service was good. However when we finally got our ice water it tasted awful. It tasted like a greasy corn dog and we hated it.

I’m honestly shocked this place is even still open. I’ve never been to such a terrible sonic. There were only a few working stalls and when we tried the drive thru we sat there for a good 10 minutes without a single car moving. We had ordered ahead so we were kind of stuck with getting food there. We finally found a working stall and got out food. It was terrible. Nothing was made right, the bacon was burnt, the hamburger patties where half done. I don’t know how they are staying in business.

Don’t bother with this place. Placed a mobile order. Waited 20 minutes past our pick up time to check on order. Then was told I had to go through the drive thru. Waited 10more minutes. When we got to the speaker, we were told they didn’t have our order. After arguing about what we had to go through to get our mobile order, we finally got our drinks. Horrible service all around, and in an empty restaurant

they close at 11 and we were there at 8:45 and no one answered the button. we waited literally 35 min and still no answer. our car battery died and had to get help from the people also waiting next to us. the sonic workers came out to stare at us jump our car but still didnt take our order or speak to us LOL lazy. 8/7/2023
