Took quite a while in the drive-thru, customer service was okay, but the food came out really disappointing for Sonic. Corn dog was burnt, tator tots looked dried out like they had been on the warmer for hours, and burger was smooshed. I hope this was a one-off, but I’m certainly not eager to give it another try to find out.

I ordered in the drive thru, I ordered a #5, and it was to my understanding that the chicken club came with bacon, not only did I have to wait at least twenty minutes for my food, my sandwich did not have bacon and I could tell that the grease my tater tots were cooked in was old. I tried to call to inform them of their little mishap, but I could not get anyone on the phone. It will be a long while before I return to that establishment, and that is a strong if. Money and time wasted.

The wait in line after ordering took too long. I had 2 cars in front of me. If I wasn’t so tired I would drive off. I ordered a Reese’s blast. You could’ve AT least blended the candy pieces with the ice cream instead of putting it on the top.

Don’t go here if you have kids!! I don’t usually write bad reviews, but I went to this sonic yesterday with my 5 year old son and baby for lunch (7/25) around 1:30 PM. My 5 year old had to use the bathroom really bad to the point he was crying, so I asked if he could use their restroom before we ordered. The lady running food told me they didn’t have a bathroom and we would have to go somewhere else??! I told her we were planning to eat there, and she said it didn’t matter. I ended up walking next door to Waffle House carrying my 5 year old so he wouldn’t fricken pee his pants while pushing the baby in his stroller and ate there instead. It seemed a little ridiculous to me that they refused a 5 year old to use the bathroom and lost business over it. I thought all food establishments had to have bathrooms??

We didn’t even get to order. Drive up spots are all non-functional, they were only doing drive thru on memorial day and the majority of their drive up spots have had the menus and speakers removed entirely. Tried to order, took one meal down and then cut off the speaker and wouldn’t answer when we said we had ordered two meals..drive thru backed all the way around the building and everyone in front of us was returning incorrect items to the “walker” that was bringing them out. We just left rather than deal with having to re-order the second meal at the window as it looked like no one was getting what they ordered anyways. There’s a reason it’s called “fast food”; people get it as a convenience, not as a first choice. If you can’t deliver accurate orders in a timely manner, you’re dailing.

Sat in the drive thru for 13 minutes. No one greeted me at the speaker or took my order. 4 cars drove off. You would think the service in Covington would be good but it isn’t. I haven’t been here in over 8yrs and I’m not coming back!! Bring back customer service!!!

Paid for it, didn’t get it but I got rude service instead. I just wanted to make sure my daughters both had a toy and apple sauce. I wasn’t told that a kids meal came with either apple sauce OR fries, my bad. BUT, the lady did not at all have to be so rude about it. I WAS TOTALLY FINE PAYING FOR A SECOND ONE I LITERALLY ALREADY PAID FOR A SECOND TOY I DIDN’T GET. So obviously I said well that’s fine can I please just get a toy and apple sauce. She just walked tf away. I sat in my car waiting for 5 minutes then pressed the red button again just to watch them cancel it out. I thought well okay, then they’re probably just about to bring it out. So I waited some more… Watched a lady bring food to a car STILL NOTHING. So I finally said screw it and started driving out. I roll around passed the drive thru just hear a lady shout out the window “You want your toy?!”. Look, I work in food service as well and it is NOT difficult to take ONE MINUTE to do something so very friggin simple. This place has terrible management and employees who really don’t care. Y’all wrong for the way you acted in this situation, I gave zero attitude and was quite understanding and patient. I always wait to check my things before giving a cash tip, I regret the $2 screen tip for sure. Oh, also my cheese sticks has the cheese cooked practically out of it and the tater tots were way over cooked. $56 for what?! Trash. Just a whole dumb encounter. Never again.

If you modify the order in any way, it’s never right. Typically a VERY long wait, but I believe they typically have one person running the whole kitchen, so that’s understandable. Very upset tonight because I paid for a double bacon cheeseburger, and got a single patty with no bacon. I’m okay with modifications being wrong, but don’t give me something that costs less than what paid.

Went by here Saturday and there isn’t any sign saying the bays aren’t open. Sat there waiting for no one to say nothing. So i get on the drive thru and sat there for 20 minutes and never got up to make my order. I ended up leaving. Sonic isn’t worth all this. If they are short handed hire more people or shut the place down.
