The worst experience at a sonic ever! Took forever to get the food I’m a regular at sonic and always get the breakfast burrito no matter what time of the day. This time the breakfast burrito was like a kid size , it was so small I could’ve eaten 2 and not been satisfied! I’m highly disappointed because I come here often and get the same burrito I’m usually pretty full from it so I ordered it as my meal! When I got home to my suprise it’s the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen , I’ve seen better breakfast burritos from the frozen breakfast great value area at Walmart.

I spent literally 26 mins at this location and this was AFTER I ordered my food. I only had 2 orders and there was only 1 person in front of me. Both were meals. I had to REPEAT my order twice. Then one of the meals had no fries or drink. I had to wait. Food was getting cold. By the time I got the other 2 items, my food was cold, so I asked them to just replace the tots. They forgot to bring those out, so I had to call again and by the time I received the hot tots, everything else had gotten cold, so I gave everything back and asked for a complete new order that was hot. That took another 7 minutes. Unbelievable!

Super slow service. I pressed the button and waited for over 25 minutes, with no response. I even press the button on two stalls next to each other and no response. The same six cars were in drive through the whole entire time not moving. This place has gone downhill. Will not return. Save yourself the money and go to Dairy Queen! Good food and good service!

I always liked Sonic. Especially the Onion Rings!! BUT— THIS location has either a poorly trained staff or they just don’t care. My order was wrong on a few occasions. I accept some responsibility for not checking my order but during my last trip I was charged twice for the same order. I returned the next morning after checking my account and was told the only thing they could do was give me a $20 credit for future use. Needless to say after that $20 is spent I’m DONE!

My family used to enjoy grabbing a bite from this Sonic every now and then. No more! We got cheeseburgers and onion rings tonight. The onion rings looked like a greasy pile of undercooked onions. I think the teens s raked up the leftovers and threw them in a bag. We won’t be back!

This is a terrible location. First you guys are always taking the longest to get orders ready. 3 weeks ago I was on my way to work, I had a few mins to spare so I stopped by to get a sonic blast. I waited 15 mins, eventually I had to ask for my money back and leave cause I would have been late for work. 2 weeks ago I came again for a sonic blast again and for whatever reason I was not able to get it. Today I came again for a sonic blast really excited to have my blast and the ice cream machine is down. You guys are the closes store to me, I only come for a blast but I can’t ever seem to get that ever. If I could go to another location that was not further distant I would. I live in Dacula so it’s convenient to come to your store. If you don’t have enough staff then you guys should consider hiring more cause it doesn’t make sense how these orders always take long. Why y’all take so dang longggggggg? Either hire more people or shut down and let chick-fil-a take your place. We ordered three milkshakes. There is no reason it should take FORTY MINUTES for three milkshakes. Sonic has good milkshakes but this location takes so long. I’m disappointed.

Poorly trained staff. Order accuracy is not great, they stop you after ordering one thing and take forever to repeat it and put it in, and somehow it’s still wrong. Also long wait times, no communication, lost orders. Staff is not apologetic for wait times or inaccurate orders and very complacent.
