If you open at 7 that means you should be 100% ready to serve your entire menu at 7. “We’re only making drinks” is not acceptable. I drive an hour to work everyday and somehow I have everything I need to be able to do my job ready to go when I open the doors. In fact it’s ready 30 minutes prior. Poor work ethic is the only excuse for not being prepared to take an order. Do better. I 100% will not give my money to this place again. Mistakes always get second chances. Laziness; unwillingness and a lack of preparedness do not.
