Tried to get dinner here. Sat at the outside ordering menu for a long time and no one answered to take our call… so we decided to move to the drive thru. Two cars ahead of us. On got tired of waiting and drove away. We went to order and they couldn’t hear me?? They asked me to order at the window so we pulled up and waited more. Another car in front of us gave up and drove away, we finally get to the window and it took the worker a couple minutes to put in one food item.. so we didn’t order anything else. The one food item we did finally get to order was not even correct when we got it…

What’s the night crew doing? No one is ever taking orders. I came here two nights in a row and it has taken over 20 minutes to get drinks. I was at the speaker for 15 mins and decided I was going to leave. They were just outside. Came tonight and again the same thing. Night shift isn’t working.

1st time at this location getting a drink (I usually get an unsweet tea with strawberry and lemon added). Server had to go back inside to get my change (that’s unusual compared to other locations I’ve visited and just adds to customer wait time and her trips back and forth) and there was no lemon in my drink. Every location seems to make their drinks a little different but this one really skimped on the strawberry too as there was hardly any noticeable in my route 44 drink (and no lemon slices where there are usually at least 3 in that size).
