The young man that was delivering my food was amazing & did everything he could to tell the cook to prepare the order correctly. Yet, it never happened. We tried 3 times and looked the same. Look at this order for an extra long coney with cheese & coleslaw.

Placed online order for pickup at 7:50. Arrived at 7:55 and still waited almost 15 minutes for food. I keep hoping this Sonic will change but disappointed every time I eat here. Service is horrible and the breakfast burritos ate half the size they used to be and smaller than other Sonic’s. If they open a other fast food restaurant on this side of Thomson this Sonic will suffer just because of their poor service.

I ordered a #10 today. Was told that it would take 6 minutes for it to cook. Pay the server, got my drink and my meal in less than 6 minutes. IT WASN’T WHAT I ORDERED. I didnt check before leaving the drive thru. So my lunch was 3 hard cold chicken tenders instead of a fresh cooked chicken sandwich. I was disappointed. Learned my lesson, don’t eat at Sonic and if I must then check the order.

We pulled in, hit the button to order, and were immediately asked to wait to order. 10 mins passed, and we were finally asked for our order. Another 10 minutes went by my Sister in Law asked a hop if our order would be done soon. The young lady said she would check. Another 15 minutes past and nothing! My wife gets out of the truck and goes up and asks again, stating that 3 cars have ordered and got their food and left already. The person at the window said they would find out. 10 minutes later, a manager, I assume, comes out and says our order was never put in. How does that happen! I’m going to re visit this Sonic sometime between Not and Never!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Ridiculous to wait 30 for a tot with Cheese and dr pepper. I sent dr pepper back 3 times bc it was either flat or diet coke. People were leaving the drive thru left and right. I know they were not short staffed bc I saw at least 4 different people. Gave me tots with no cheese had to send that back. No fork, napkins or ketchup. Horrible.

App charged me twice for the order then would not let us check in. Talked to someone on speaker who said she had our order. We told two carhops that we had not yet gotten our order after thirty minutes of waiting. Still didn’t bring our order and won’t refund either of the charges. 48.60×2

Visited the location a few times with minimal issues. Visited on 12/24/22 and was not happy with service. Ordered a combo meal w/ sweet tea and a separate burger and medium tot. Paid at the window and as we were pulling off, my husband looked in the bag and they had only given us one tot and no receipt. The extra tot was on the screen when ordering. Immediately pulled around and went back to the drive thru and explained what happened. One worker told me it was in the bag and I explained we ordered two. Another worker began speaking telling me it was in the bag and I explained it wasn’t. and that worker got an attitude and attempted to argue with me and then just told me to pull around. Someone brought out the tot w/ no apology or anything. If I was provided a receipt, I would have shown them, but no reason to get an attitude over a medium tot I paid for.
