I understand being short staffed, overworked and overwhelmed. However, nothing and I do mean nothing can explain the lack of communication and courtesy that all humans deserve. Afternoon lunch with my kids turned to an irritated 20 minutes. Upon arrival there were only four other cars in the parking lot. One at the window, one at the window, and two empty cars in stalls. We pulled into a stall and decided on what to eat. Afterwards I hit the button and waited for someone to respond. That took a few minutes for one to come but I was being patient. Unfortunately we sat there to be told only a drive-thru was open. Okay fine, we can still get our food it’s only one car in line. Once in line it takes an extremely long time to order. So much so that I put my car in drive from park to pull off. Then again a familiar voice came to the speaker. We ordered and waited some more. At the window you can see into the kitchen. I was not happy about the practices that you advertise on your window because only one person followed them and that was the young lady at the register. I watched her wash her hands and change her gloved hand. The older gentleman, as polite as he was trying to be with my aggravated face, not so much. He had stuff all up his arms and wiped his clothing as he walked past. Sonic on Russell I will drive to every other Sonic before coming here again. The food was just okay.

Burger was cold no flavor. Tea was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. They swiped my gift card said there was no $ on it so I paid cash. Came home and checked card online They said it was redeemed at sonic earlier that same day. I went back and got $ back from manager. I believe person at register stole the $10.00 on the card. Obviously will never go back.

Since I can’t give 3.5 I’ll give it a four. They always get my drink right. Depends on when you go for tots. Sometimes I get fresh steaming hot tots and sometimes I don’t. The chili cheese ratio on tots is still disappointing but better than the Margie Drive location so I allow it. Both locations say “diced onions” but it’s def big pieces of onions when I request them on the tots. Even that is stingy for the $.80 they charge. Still, better than the other location so I guess it is what it is

The service has gone down here. When i pulled up i pushed the ref button 5 times and sat there for 30- almost 45 min and no one said anything to me about my order. Finally someone came out to drop another customer’s for off to them and i asked them if they could take my order, they said yes. When they went inside someone finally came on the speaker and took my order. Then i ordered a large cheese tot and i didn’t look in the bag but when i went to pull off it wasn’t a large tot it was a medium… they need to step back up on they customer service cuz right now if their food wasn’t so good i would never go back there again!!!

Wow! No cherries or lime wedges in my diet cherry limeade. Also our ice cream cones were so stale we couldn’t chew them. Plus the ice cream had a weird taste. Good thing we didn’t order a full meal.

I placed my order through the app but what I ordered wasn’t actually available at the location due to equipment being down. The replacement Sprite and Polynesian punch item was good, but I wanted the polynesian slush that I ordered since it was a very hot day.

Worst Sonic! My daughter wanted a drink so we ordered two drinks, one for her and one for me. The attendant asked what stall we were in, I told him. Then we patiently waited as we watched everyone else being served food and everything else. Even two cars that parked beside ours were served before us. I had to drive off without the drinks because I was so upset. Wasted time and money. Never will I go to this location again.

Teens must be out of school! Stores close at 12am on 05/23/23 but your cashiers purposely stopped taking orders at 11:30pm and it was not even busy! Do better!

Food was bleh. It was cold and had no flavor. We asked for ketchup and didn’t receive any or any napkins. The lady brought the food and then hung around like she wanted more of a tip. I tipped in the app.
