Traveling thru Valdosta, Georgia and had a craving for one of those famous coney dogs and onion rings from Sonic and boy was I not disappointed. I got a fresh, hot and delicious lunch combo meal for less than $9.00. I call this a win..win.. as the female employee was courteous and polite as well..gotta say Sonic made my day..The only 4 star given was due to the Atmosphere as the exterior of building and grounds needed maintenance.

This location is a joke. Ordered 4 drinks, no food on the app. Parked in the stall and sat for 20 mins with it saying my order was in the kitchen. No order. Finally rang the red button to check on my drinks and get told they are drive thru only due to short staff. How long were they planning to let me sit there before saying something. They need to seriously get some help or shut this location down.

Does not even deserve 1 star. Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Absolutely no customer service. Every single person I have had an interaction with has had an attitude and have been extremely rude. This last visit will actually be the last visit I do. We first got cut off while ordering and given our total. We waited hoping someone would come back over the intercom but they didn’t. When we drove up to the window and tried to explain we were simply told we couldn’t order at the window, and not very nicely might I add. Half of our incomplete order was wrong, our drinks tasted flat, and our burgers were cold. Honestly just close this location.

No drive-in available. What is being done by management to retain employees, or appeal to potential new employees. Additionally this location is out of many items. Gotta get this “supply chain” issue figured out. Many other chain restaurants in the area seem to have very few problems keeping their items stocked. Many consumers choose to come to your establishment because they enjoy the atmosphere of the classic Drive-in, and enjoy your product. Do better please! The food that we were able to get was good though!

Never been to a sonic that you can not use the car stalls, takes away from the sonic experience. Staff was rude and told us that it is drive-thru only, we proceeded to go through the drive thru where we asked for help reading some of the menu items and the girl working was absolutely no help. The drinks we got tasted very watered down with little flavor, we will definitely not be back to this location.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Staff is very rude. Everytime we come here now you cannot use the car stalls and are met with “were drive thru only!” Tonight we pulled around and went to order milkshakes only to be told “our ice cream machine is broken” yet again very rudely. The manager or owner really needs to get the staff some customer service training seminars or something.
