This Fruit Cove location is a disaster. Every time we try to eat here, we run into some ridiculous issue. At least 50% of the time, they tell us that only the drive thru is available. On rainy days the drive in slots are closed because the staff doesn’t want to get wet, even though the cars are well covered. Other times it takes forever for someone to answer you when you are ready to order. Sometimes they take your order, but it doesn’t come up on the screen and they want you to pay with cash. This seems shady. You order a chocolate shake and you get vanilla. Tots are cold. Get the picture? Whoever owns this franchise isn’t paying attention. The animals are running the zoo.

Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. No customers but lots of staff and we were ignored. We were told to hold on for a minute and no one came back. We called to them and beeped the horn with no response .The 2 cars ahead of us left without ordering. Employees were sitting outside talking on cell phones and smoking. Tuesday evening at 8pm

I have been coming here for years and it continues to get worse! I stopped coming here for years and decided to give this location one last shot. I just waited 20 minutes inline for a burger and only two cars are in the parking lot. You should not ask me to escalate the issue, you should just do it. All of that live out here have chosen not to come here because of the bad service. Just got a large tot and it had 9 tots in it?!

I haven’t eaten here in a while and this is NOT the Sonic I remember, what happen? I don’t mind waiting for my food but the cheeseburgers were cold, the french fries were cold with an “old” after taste, the slushies way too sweet that my stomach was hurting. And not to mention the rudeness of the woman taking the order, WOW!! BTW Sonic, not keeping foods at the proper temperature will cause disease-causing pathogens to thrive. Personnel needs retraining or invest on better quality workers that give a darn.

Been here about 10 times and everytime my order has been missing items or just completely not what i ordered. Just ordered an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito and got a tortilla and only egg inside, no cheese or meat.also ordered 2 super sonic double cheeseburgers and got single patty cheeseburgers with no bacon and no condiments.i work in fast food myself and am not usually one to complain but to mess up every item in my order on every single visit is pretty wild.

Everyone I come here, thru have an excuse that they’re closing early. It’s 10 pm. They’re supposed to be open until midnight. The other day the excuse was they were short staff, today it’s that they have a store full or minors and they have to close early because school is back in session. OK. Why are there minors working at 10 pm here anyways?? I think it’s laziness and the workers don’t want to work really.

In the pouring rain, my wife had to have a burger and I wanted something else so we pulled into the Sonic Drive-In to feed her. The burger was much better than a McDonald’s or a Burger King. The onion rings we’re excellent–Best in class. I stole a few of hers.

I just experienced the worst customer service in my life at this location. When it was my turn at the order speaker I was told “I’ll be with you in a moment”. I had to wait 15 minutes before she would respond to my tapping on the speaker. I’m not exaggerating on the wait time. I was monitoring it with the clock on my car. Then she complained to me she was having to car hop and that she was really stressed. She still wouldn’t take my order. At one point I swore at her, which I admit was uncalled for, but she swore back at me using the same language. She lost not just my business, but the business of the two cars waiting behind me as well. They drove away. Her name was Brie and she said she was the manager. I have never experienced such rudeness before. I will never go back to this location.

The worst location. A few years ago it wasn’t so bad. What happened?! You wait forever for your order, no matter what it is. We have come here 3 times in the last year and it’s ALWAYS been minimum 30 minute wait! In the drive thru!! We will never come back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Unless you don’t mind waiting over 39cmins for your order.

Tried to go through the drive through and they stated they are only doing door dash orders due to being short staffed. Looked inside and workers are sitting around not working but still refused to serve me. I’m not sure if they just didn’t want to make money or if this was poor management but I was pretty disappointed. I’ve worked in the restraint industry for years and your in house customers are always your number one priority.
