Food was awful – ordered two SuperSONIC double cheeseburgers, and the quality of meat was comparable to a gas station burger, grilled onions were barely there, literally like 5 small, pieces of diced grilled onions. I know food never looks exactly as advertised, but this was extreme. The burgers were inedible and my husband and I both threw ours away. Two large tots were cold, fries were cold, no ketchup or salt was brought with our food and the server had an attitude when we asked for some. The only good things were the French toast sticks and pretzel.

I tasted the tater tots as soon as they brought me my order & they were not hot. Wasn’t happy about that. Burger was good but so sloppy because they put too much mayo on it. Onions were cut in big pieces instead of in rings. Didn’t like that either.

I ordered online and park as directed. I pressed the call button and waited 10 minutes before anyone answered. I told them i ordered online and they said it’ll be right out. 30 minutes later still nothing. I pressed the call button again and waited another 10 minutes. When I got my food my shake was melted, my nuggets weren’t sauced, and then I got food poisoning.

The young man who took our order was cross and seemed irritable from the moment he said “what’s your order” The young lady however that brought the food to us seem reasonably pleasant no real customer service, but was definitely a step up from the guy. I know I won’t be returning. Good customer service is key to success in any business.

Awful to say the least service from the lady working last night from 9 pm to 9:40 pm !!!! That long it took for her to bring the order out! The fries were cold! The coke was warm! The rest was less than OK. We did not complain because we were there for 40 minutes!!!! Worst service ever. The young man was pleasant, but the lady had a very nasty attitude. I live around the corner, and this is the first time I encounter anybody like that at this place. She was the one who took the orders, BTW. I have lived in this neighborhood for 17 years! Never happened before!. We will not go there again!!!!

I’ve been coming to this location for years, but something has changed in the last year or so and the service has just plummeted. It’s not unusual to wait half an hour for food. Three of the last six times I’ve been here part of the order was either made incorrectly or something was missing. It’s difficult to get a representative to follow up when there is an issue. And the outside of the restaurant looks filthy.

Are YOU serious!? Even though my order was delivered within 25 minutes it was ALL Cold! FF tastes a day old! You need to rethink having delivery! In 15-20 minutes it certainly can’t get SO Cold. Buyers Beeare!!

When we arrived, we pushed the order button and were told to wait. 5 minutes went by then 10. More cars pulled up and as my screen still said to wait, they pressed their buttons and ordered before us. The server went by 3 times with our food in hand to other cars then dropped ours off last. When she handed me my drink, the lid came off as it wasn’t even clicked on and it splattered all over. She didn’t even acknowledge this. She had given my straw to the car next to us who arrived 10 minutes after us and had to go back and get me one but didnt return with napkins. My husband had to take the drink lid off and wipe it down and the whole car with our baby wipes because we weren’t given napkins. It seems like the order queue isn’t working or regulated. The poor server was waiting on all the cars and walk ups all by herself so we can’t blame her for any if it. We also saw 2 other women get out of the car and explain that the same thing happened to them and she told them to order from the walk up. The whole reason we order from our car is convenience and air conditioning. This is my first review with any sort of complaint in years. The food was OK but some items were much smaller than expected. Can’t complain about the pricing or drink flavors. That’s why we visited after all.

Good food good service their desserts are delicious… The only downside is this place does not offer free drink refills but otherwise pretty good… Paola was our server she was so cute and sweet we enjoyed her service and our time eating here!
