I am in my rv, so I can not pull into a car spot. I walked to the seating area and pressed the button to order. No one responded, so after 3 or 4 minutes, I hit the button again. The screen definitely acknowledged that I was waiting for someone to take my order. The waitress saw me and advised that I needed to push the button. I let her know that I had done so already. It turned out the machine was broken and they asked me to go to another order station, which I did. I pressed the button, and again, it was 3 or 4 minutes before they acknowledged me. I had actually started to walk away. It then took a long time to get the food. I didn’t time it, and it may have been shorter, but I think it was at least 15 minutes.

There were two employees standing outside when we pulled up. My daughter had to use the restroom before we ordered so one of the employees opened it for us. When we went in I was disgusted with how filthy it was. There were roaches and roach eggs everywhere! Needless to say we did not order anything.

Drove 30 minutes on a Friday night to get here before midnight (11:40pm) for my late night ice-cream fix only to be told over the intercom “we’re closed”. Guessing they wanted to go home early? Might want to change your advertised hours if that’s the case Sonic! Not a happy camper. 03/31 – should probably check with the manager on duty …

Ordered the bacon croissant breakfast sandwich and my bacon is severely burnt, and when I pulled back up to the stall to inform them they were pretty rude, and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I understand things like this happen but the way it was handled was poor!

Swung by at 9 PM headed home from the job. Mozerilla sticks I ordered were the only good thing. Had to have my server head back for sauce though. Their chicken was old and dry. Fries had next to no salt and cold.
