And I don’t know if they have a group of thugs working that just sit around and smoke w€€d but the place reeks of it I don’t know how management let this slide it doesn’t matter what people do in there time but bring it to there place of work is super unprofessional and uncalled for. Would not know if food was any good as we wasted 20 minutes of our life placing an order only to have it cancel twice and put a pending charge on our credit card. Called store directly and they offered zero help. No way we were going to drive there and get jerked around more so we went to Burger King where they know how to work a drive thru and an online order.

Almost 5 dollars for 8 partially cooked tater tots with some chili and cheese on top, when I specifically asked for extra crispy tots as I know they can get a bit soggy with the chili but these were not even fully cooked so no where near crispy. I used to frequent Sonic but had not been for a while due to the massive price increases and poor customer service. I was hoping the after the break things would get back to where they once were but unfortunately it does not appear to be the case.

We sat at the stall for 30 minutes after we pushed the button and not a single person answered so we moved to the drive-thru and successfully “ordered” our food and waited another 40 minutes before someone came out to give us our food. When we finally got our food we were missing 3 items.

They either have no staff or extremely poor management. This Sonic needs help ! Fast! I moved near this location 5 years ago and have tried 10 plus times to be a guest of this Sonic but…. They just can’t get food right cold and forget the drive thru. My last attempt was two soft drinks I order in drive thru big mistake ! I waited 13 mins and no drinks , left the drive thru parked purchased drinks from another restaurant drove past the drive thur exiting the mall and still no drinks. I don’t review much but I can’t let this go . So disappointed Sonic save this location !

Weird stuff going on here a few weeks back. Guy tells me my card didn’t go through when I paid at the screen then he goes in with my card to run it and comes back with a receipt. Although this receipt is for my stall and the right time, it is for a different meal. I check my bank account and I’ve been charged twice, two different amounts (initial correct amount and this second time). There’s only a couple other vehicles here, it’s slow, and no one near me so how did we mix up the stall? I ask what’s going on and told it was a mistake and they’ll fix it. Perhaps it was all an honest mistake but it was all strange and the behavior was very odd.
