My first time on a Sonic ever!! We didn’t know anything about the menu so we just got the mozzarella sticks . However the guy that took care of us was very patient and nice. Very quiet and super clean. Can’t give the a 5 star rating on the food because we didn’t pass the sticks.

This is ridiculous We had to repeat our order multiple times for the man to hear. the man has ear phones in. He’s texting on the phone while he’s taking orders and they’re just playing around. and they didn’t put all the food in the bag so we had to pull around and go in and get the rest of our order. might be time to get some new employees at night time. We wasn’t the only one that had this issue at night time.

Went to buy a drink and some Tots and it took them 15 minutes to come and take my order because they were focused on drive thru only then when I was getting my order there was a DoorDash lady waiting and the lady didn’t even get noticed. Then when I was coming inside I was right being the employee that was taking an order from outside the building while smoking a cigarette she noticed I came inside and disappeared to the back her name was Jamie she did not once apologize for the wait and was really rude when taking my order.

I ordered through the drivethru and the teammember had difficulty hearing my order. I ordered a hotdogs and cherry limeade slush. I ended up getting a cherry 7up/sprite. Had to go I side to get my drink fixed. I will say the emoloyees were attentive to my concerns and fixed it without hesitation! The team like all restaurants was working short handed, which I sympathize with.

By far the worse sonic I’ve ever seen. Set over 25 minutes in the drive thru and still mess a simple order up not once, not twice but three times. To the point where I no longer wanted a simple cherry limeade that was placed as an order. If this franchise is going to allow people to be employed and treat the customers in that manner, I’ll never do business with sonic again. I’ll be sure to be contacting corporate in regards to this unprofessional un serve safe certified people that are employed there. I gave one star only because it shouldn’t even have one.

I had never been to sonics went through the drive-through. i made it complicated like i never been to a drive-through before the the representative was really nice to me and explained everything and asked what i was looking to get and figured out the combo i needed instead of what ever i was trying to create like i said i never been to sonics before and i went through the drive through wrong on my part but the representative was more than helpful i dont know who was working but everyone at the window and on the speaker where friendly and nice i went on aug 16 around 7:20pm props to the staff some places are so rude only took 2 seconds to listen and help and i be on my way thats all i ask at any business
