I was in the Moody Sonic today on the way back to Bham just in time to witness a sweet and friendly young cashier (the only one) being bullied (loudly) by her obnoxious Co-workers as they were slamming things around. That made me lose my appetite and feel very embarrassed for the victim

Right down the street from us so it’s a close convenience when we want a treat. I am always so confused at pricing, I have questioned why they don’t honor happy hour, always have to ask if they got my order right because it’ll seem way higher than it should be. Mozz sticks and tots taste like they prepared batches and then let them sit for hours. Biting into a mozz stick and the cheese is as hard as the fried outer crust is not good at all. Employees seem so hateful and rude. There have been multiple times after 2 minutes of me wondering if they’re open while sitting waiting for someone to come over intercom, an employer will open the window and scream “we’re closed” even though its during hours of operation.

I ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese burrito. It was full of grease. When I unwrapped it, grease poured out on my pants and car seat. The burrito was not wrapped properly, it was just folded and just soggy. I took it back and the staff continued to lean on the center counter totally uninterested. The manager was rude and did not care. I asked for her boss but did not get a response. The order was placed on 07/11/2023 about 7:00am. The manager should be fired for her behavior. I wish I had taken a photo because a description does not do justice of the mess i was served. Now I have to try and clean the grease stain off my car seat. The location was 2700 Kelly Creek Rd in Moody, Al at I-20 exit 147. Avoid this location.

We went at 7:45 pm on Saturday night and as soon as we pulled up the person came over the speaker and said very rudely “we’re closed. That’s my sister sitting at the window not a customer.” the Google listing say 9 pm and the person over the speaker was extremely rude.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 7:40. Sat there for 5 minutes as someone looked right at me and continued to ignore me. Finally I pull up to the window to see what’s going on and someone inside mouthed “Closed” to me as I was looking at a bright neon orange sign that says they close at 8. I don’t think they ever stay open to their actual posted time.

The service here is horrendous, the prices are 3x more than any other sonic for what? Takes forever to order takes forever to get order and terrible job making the order. Definitely should close this location as it makes a bad name for all sonics. No inside seating no pull up only

The only thing good was my burger. My tots tasted like they had been sitting for awhile and I realized I got charged for the wrong shake nevertheless the wrong size. Cashier was forgetful. Saw a person wipe their sweat with their hands and continue to work. Although they didn’t touch my order, I became so upset I couldn’t find the appetite to finish the rest of my meal.

The last few times we tried to go there we sit at the window for 20 mins and then they will say oh we’re closed. This has happened several times and it’s never late usually between 5-6:30pm. Kinda wish they would shut down and give a better business a chance.
