When the staff member took our order, she was extremely rude, even yelled at us through the speaker in drive-thru when we asked for a clarification because we’d had no response to what we ordered just what was not currently available. Exceptionally unprofessional behavior.

Arrived with friends, who were in another car, so we parked in a spot without a menu and planned on ordering from the tables. Couldn’t since that menu screen didn’t work. So we walked to a parking stall to order. Staff said we needed to be in a car to order from those spots. What the hell! So my friend in her car parked in a stall and ordered for all 9 of us then we took the food and sat at the tables.

They are currently operating as drive-thru only. Not servicing the pull up to order spots, but they don’t have any signs up stating this. So you sit there it keep pushing the order button and are ignored. Terrible way to treat your customers.
