I wish I could give it less than one star. We always have trouble with this sonic but last night was the worst experience, yet. Besides the fact that they almost always get the order incorrect, on a weekly basis, this time we waited over 20 minutes for our order to come out, where they left something off (surprise). So the car hop goes in to get it and ANOTHER 20 MINUTES LATER they bring out a cold chili cheese coni that was made when the rest of the food was made she just forgot to bring it out… and then forgot again? We don’t care if the location is convenient we will never go back to this sonic. The shift manager was no help either with his insincere “sincere” apology as he was nonchalantly leaning against the pole and willing to do nothing to make the situation OR the cold food any better than offer some discount coupons that probably would have taken another 20 minutes to receive. Again, this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems by any means but it is the last. I am disappointed in the managers and especially the franchise owner. The corporation should be highly embarrassed anyone would run one of their restaurants this way. It should be closed down.

Service was not good it took almost an hour to get 3 slushies and 2 corn dogs, on top of that when we did receive our order it was wrong…they did nothing to compensate us fir our time or frustrations we ended up leaving with only one slushy and the two cold corn dogs. The employee/waitress named Tamia had the best service she apologized for everything and tried to keep us informed on the status of our order.
