Just left the drive thru at 4:10 pm. The female at the window, never addressed me once. I ordered the #6 with a strawberry cream slush. I couldn’t get the cream slush because she said they weren’t selling ice cream. After 17 minutes in line with only 1 car in front of me, she gave me my hotdog without fries in the bag and my slush. I asked where the fries were, and she said fries don’t come with the #6. I then had to go back thru the line this time 2 cars ahead of me, and 24 minutes later the same none speaking female sold me a small fry for 4+ dollars, without saying hi or bye. Make it make sense. I just moved in walking distance of this place, and will never return.

Stop by Sonic on my way to work the one 15th street in Tuscaloosa and this is what they served me the chill was burnt on my food but couldn’t take it back because I was at work and didn’t notice it until I got to work this should’ve never been served to anyone so don’t go there to eat because it’s like they don’t care what they serve you

This for the Sonics in Tuscaloosa Al on McFarland. I don’t know what it was but something was in the bottom of my shake and it was a regular chocolate shake with fudge but barely any fudge. Also to me they don’t taste good like other Sonics in other cities I have been. Could be just my taste buds. I don’t think I will be going to that particular Sonics again.

We ordered at 8PM and waited about 25 min for our food. My husband’s burger was cooked crispy and looked old and mine was cooked but completely cold. We mentioned it to our server and she immediately ordered a replacement. We received the replacement at about 8:50PM. The burger was hot but the bun was soggy. I didn’t mentioned it as we had already stayed long enough. Very Disappointing. On the positive side, our server was extremely pleasant and helpful.
