So, my 15yr old son had ordered a large Chili Cheese Tot (Sonic Drive-In -Hampton Cove) and when we get home and he takes it out it looks like this. It doesn’t matter what someone says, it seriously looks like someone took a bite out of it. Like, if you’re hungry at work, eat your own food. I have worked in the food industry and I know that you can eat and you get a discount also. I went back up there and they started by treating me like I made it up, then proceeded to say with an attitude ” And when was this exactly ?” Ugh, I’m sure anyone else would assume that someone had grabbed a big bite of it. They fixed it for us, but thats seriously nasty.

Ice cream machine was broken. I also went to another sonic 10 minutes down the road oly to have their ice cream machine to be broken as well. It gives off a McDonald’s conspiracy kind of feeling. Overall Sonics quality of service doesn’t feel the same. Wish they’d bring the days of classic car shows at the local Sonic.

I pulled up to the kiosk and there was only 1 other car there. I placed my order rather quickly. I was never prompted to pay so I sat there waiting. After 20 minutes of still waiting I left brcause I never got my food. Good thing I didn’t pay. This is not the 1st time this has happened to me. This location sucks and needs to be shut down or get new management and employees!

We stopped in on Saturday evening June 3rd, 2023, a little before 10pm. There were two cars ahead of us in drive thru. When the first car pulled forward they told the next car to please wait they would be with them shortly, so we all say and waited and waited and waited as the first car sat at the window. We waited near 20 mins before they finally started to take the car in front of ours order. Whatever they asked for they were told they were out of and that car drove off. We drove up to make our order, asked for a sweet tea, to which we were told they were out of, and after waiting so long and finding out they didn’t even have what we wanted we drove away as well. It’s sad that the store is open and still and hour before closing and they are out of things as simple as sweet tea. And not to mention the first car that sat at the window so long had parked and looked as though they were taking things back that were made wrong. I absolutely love Sonic and go to Sonic all the time, both my local Sonic and while travelling, and I have to say to this point the speed of service, out of things, and from the looks of it messing up orders, this was by far the worst I have been to. Just my honest opinion

Folks here taking a paycheck and not working. Went there a month ago at least 30 minutes before scheduled close. Drive through operator said sorry, short staffed. Closing early. Whatever, we left.

Rude. I was led into a stall since the drive-thru CC machine didn’t work. After receiving our order, I saw a slushie that looked good in an ad. I pushed the red button to order it, and the man on the other side said drive-thru only. I tried to explain what they told me about the CC machine, but he just raised his voice and interrupted me, “I said drive thru only!” I just left upset.

I had a similar experience as several others have had. There were only two cars in line, but it took FOREVER to get our food. Also, I ordered a Reese’s PB Blast and after the first few bites, the rest was just vanilla ice cream. $8 is a lot for a cup of vanilla ice cream.

1 medium slushy, 2 large tater tots, 1 medium shake. Nothing complex or hard about this order no special request. They served guest behind us in the drive thru line and at the stalls before us. Waited around 20 mins being the first people in the drive thru with no other customers at the sonic. No apology for wait time or almost handing us the wrong order. My fiancée had to correct the person working the drive thru. Very unprofessional and uncourteous. This place isn’t worth burning the gas for while they make you wait because they don’t know who got what order even though there is a screen that shows you which order to do next. Drive thru worker was very spaced out and not present.

Their staff team is slow-slow, majorly! On top of that, the workers will send you back and forth from the drive-thru and the parking spaces to have you wait, wondering if you’ll ever get your food. Seems like they don’t know what’s going on or at least it seems like they don’t want a job with the way they communicate
