This Sonic does absolutely everything possible to look closed. No outside lighting at night, none of the pull up spots are lit, and the big sign (if there’s one) is never on. They never have Rt 44 cups, they’re always out of something (one time, ice cream). I’ve given them several chances and they have only given poor, slow and lackluster service. If you want Sonic late night, make the drive to Jordan and University, for your own sanity.

Lady over the speaker was rude when i asked for a moment to look over the menu, she took my order and then i waited at the window for almost 30 mins. Got the food and tots were completely crispy and hard, the ultimate meat and cheese burrito that i ordered was all messed up and looked like it was just thrown together by a 2 year old. Cherry lime made had no lime no cherry. I am not from this area but i worked at a sonic when i was 15 and this sonic is the most poorly ran and worked one that i have ever experienced. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

I have to say that the sonic on Bailey Cove was awful!!! The car hopper didn’t want to be there and it showed! We sat there for 20 minutes waiting on our order. We had to keep repeating our order back and my drink was still wrong and flat plus taste like they just put whatever in it they had, my breakfast burrito was reheated and wasn’t even like a burrito ( they threw egg on it then slapped a piece of recooked sausage patty and a slice of cheese on it. If you don’t want to do your job, then go elsewhere! We will travel further to find a better sonic next time. And companies wonder why their businesses get ran in the ground! This is the 3rd sonic that has had this kind of service that we have been to. Sonic might want to think about their company and hire people that actually want to work!

Absolute worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to! I keep giving them chances and I don’t know why-I’m always angry when I leave. They are always out of cups or food or machines are down. They’ll give you a random substitution on your order without asking or informing you. Today, I ordered large slushies and they handed me medium drinks. When I asked why, they said they were out of large cups and their slushy machine was down. When I asked if I could have a refund from the large to medium size they said I have to call corporate or go online and ask for the refund myself. What?! What store does that?! Also, I asked why I was not informed of the change on my order beforehand. I was parked at a stall, they can just talk to you through the speaker. My car hop said simply “I don’t know” . You can’t do that to your customers! You can’t just change their order and then assume they’ll be okay with overpaying. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve gotten wrong things with food before and they said it’s just because they ran out of something else but NEVER informed me. Or I get the wrong drink. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten what I actually ordered there in full. And then they want to overcharge you and under deliver. Also, depending on the substitution, you could really hurt one of your customers. There could be allergies involved or all kinds of things. It’s the worst customer service ever. Avoid this location at all costs.

Mannn shut this place down. They never have anything you want. They’re slow. They don’t care about being there. Also, they never turn on the lights at night. It’s 9pm…they close in 2 hours.

They got my order wrong but did not fix it. I had order Honey BBQ boneless wings and I got unsauced chicken nuggets. When I complained they just put the chicken in a different container. Other items were of poor quality (a toaster should actually be toasted). Avoid this location as it is full of disappointment.

These people do NOT want to be there. Doing jusssssst enough to be open and running. Service is incredibly slow, some how every time I go there they are out of something. They never turn the lights on when it get dark, my guess is to look closed so people don’t bother them. Just a sad place to go. Sonic, get better.

Food was so so. My BLT had exactly 2 very very thin strips of bacon. Definitely could not taste it and the Texas toast was very soggy. The other burgers and items were a little better. We asked for Coke zero but received diet coke. We would have talked to the manager and requested replacements or refunds but were on a very short schedule. Don’t think this one will be receiving our business.

This location has gone downhill fast, which surprises me given its nice location in Jones Valley. They’ve made it drive-thru only, shutting down the stalls, and they’re always out of something, usually ice cream or Sprite (the base for limeades). This past time though, they hit a new low—no Sprite, no diet Sprite, NO FOOD, and no cash payments (but whatever on that one). Two cars in front of us just left. The site also looks like trash, with the main sign down and laying on the grass, the drive-thru menu busted up, piles of boxes behind the door, and a couple other busted stalls and signs.
