Don’t get me started. ANY Sonic, anywhere is a magnet for totally dumb employees with NO marketable skills. LeRoy Brown, who cooked our burgers, totally fried them into scorched hockey pucks. When I sent them back, they burned them again. Not even the dog wanted the meat. We were on the road again so couldn’t return them. When I could (we were still traveling), I called the “General Manager” Richard McGowan, who claimed he could NOT look up the sale on his computer, because it had been a few days. Lies! He has to send weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports to “Sonic Central”, so maybe they should have hired a white guy who paid attention in skoo’ & knows how to do refunds on credit cards, eh? Richard said he’d check with HIS manager and call me back before end of shift. He NEVER CALLED BACK. Disputed charge with credit card company who issued immediate refund. Let Sonic debate it with them.

My wife meant to order a route 44 drink but only ordered a medium. They went ahead and gave us another medium drink for free. My Jr cheeseburger was ordered with light ketchup and mayonnaise plus tomatoe. I received a passion Jr cheeseburger. The server was very friendly.

I sat to place an order for 3 slushes for 20 minutes and got NO response from anyone to place my order. The waitresses would look at my car from the window inside, knowing i was there and never took the order. Needless to say i left and will not ever return again. The gas station next door had great slushes and wonderful service!

Food is great! You should Def. Try their Ocean Water if you have not already! Service was a little backed up and slow. Should probably think about more servers on duty at night. BUT they were all still very empathetic and polite.

This was in Troy Alabama. They got our order wrong 3 times. Most of the screens did not work correctly . They didn’t have onion rings so we asked for fries. They sent us tots that were cold and mashed together. The hot dog just had onions on top barely any ketchup and mustard and no temperature at all. My daughter asked for a cream slush and they sent her a regular slush. When they came back to the car to correct the problem they still forgot the fries. Then they came back with the fries and they left so quick that I didn’t have a chance to give them a tip that I wanted to give them for trying their best to correct the problem. It will be a while before I try this one again.

Might as well close this place down before third shift. Press button they answer give order waited several minutes no one answered even though they had just talked to us. Not got time to deal with what was either a broken order device or lazy playing around employee. Based on the may reviews of similar experiences clearly management can’t handle running the place.
