I came through the drive thru today. The two cars behind me received their orders before me. All I ordered was a couple shakes, no food. When I did get the shakes, two of them had holes in the bottom of the styrofoam cups and one had hair in it. If it was just the unorganized drive thru that would be one thing, this get busy, but this is unacceptable service

This location no longer opens on corporate mandated hours, and even when there is someone there to open, they are unstaffed and unable to fill orders. The food is decent at best and service is under par. I highly suggest skipping this location

Absolute worst sonic I’ve ever been too. We ordered ahead on the app and got 3 soft drinks and a hot sundae. Took 45 minutes to get a response from any of the workers. All of our drinks were wrong/soured. I witnessed 3 other customers receive wrong orders and be treated poorly by the staff. Do yourself a favor, don’t come to this sonic.

I usually go during lunch but decided to get dinner and my order was all wrong and the young man who was there didn’t seem to care he was at work and wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing.
