This Sonic location is in terrible decline. Ordered chili cheese tots with jalapeños and there was one end price of a jalapeño on there. Burger was slop! I’d imagine they’re are lacking intelligible employees as most everyone else in business but this was ridiculous.

Visited this past Saturday and ordered via the Sonic App. Got a 3 piece and 5 piece chicken tender. After ordering ahead, and waiting nearly 15 minutes I received two 3 piece chicken tenders. Pressed the button to let the workers know of their mistake, and for them to come take a look. Instead I received an argument from whoever answered the button, saying they packed the bag themselves and it was correct. I offered for them to come take a look, as I had not even left the parking space, and again was met with an argument. They refused to come outside and take a look of correct their mistake.

Wow! I was really impressed with the service. Nearly every stall was full. I literally drove around the building twice before finding a place to pickup my mobile order. Because of this, I expected a long wait or for my order to be less than perfect. I was happy to be wrong. My order was brought out within 5 minutes of ordering. The car hop was nice and greeted me. My food was hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered.

Updated…. READ ALL!!!! have used this Sonic many many times and I’ve hardly ever been dissatisfied with the level of service I’ve received from this establishment. A couple of time it took a little longer than normal to get my food, but that was only because they were full of people. I’ll give them a pass for that reason. The food is always prepared to my liking and has always been exactly as I asked for it to be. Never has anything come to me that was cold or cool. All the food is fresh and hot. I would recommend this Sonic for your drive in treats. If this review helped you, please hit the thumbs up. Thank you. Update… This happened on 3/3/23 at 1010am. I came to get my girl a limeade and a drink for my son. I arrived, hit the button…. Nothing happened… I wait 3 minutes and NOTHING… I hit the button again and still… NOTHING. So after sitting there almost 6 minutes watching 3 to 4 girls walking around with headsets and others in the building with headsets, I chose to leave. I will not be back to this Sonic ever again. I am lowering my rating from a 4 star to a 1. I would give nothing if it was an option.
