I got the sausage egg and cheese toaster the bread was cooked perfectly but the egg was overcooked. They were out of fries which was unfortunate and the chili cheese dog was pretty good. The tots were overcooked and not very good tasted like old grease

I was very disappointed. It wasn’t necessarily the customer service, it was the food. This was suppose to be a crispy chicken sandwich. Not only was the tomatoes bigger than the chicken patty itself, the chicken was so hard and obviously overcooked. I don’t see how someone would even serve this to a customer when I dang well know none of the employees would’ve even taken a bite out of it. Not only did it look like this but how in the world a french fry got in between the bun and chicken on the other side is beyond me. I left a 5 star review before, but now, I’m not even sure if it deserve 1 star. Every time I have came to this Sonic lately it has been terrible! I wish I would’ve had more time to be able to go in and complain but some of us do not have that luxury. I dont recommend coming here until they get it together. I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back to this location. Nothing like having 4 bites of chicken on a $9 chicken sandwich meal.

Since the Frito Chilli Cheese Burrito came back. My family loves them. The first two times we have ordered them as the Regular size. They had something actually in them. We ordered one time the Jr and it looked like the tortilla was just wiped across the top of the the chilli and wrapped up. And then the last few times ordering the regular sized ones they have had less then an ounce of anything on them at all. Nothing in them, and for them to be over $2 each for tortilla and dribble. Last time I went I ordered for my family and everything came out luke warm. I am to the point of stop coming here all together till this place gets it together.

I was using a coupon to get a burger free from the FundRays book. Alexander, the carhop was rude to me about it saying he wished he had known I had a coupon before he rang it up MULTIPLE TIMES. He then took our money (for the non discounted amount) and the coupon and refused to come back to our vehicle after saying he’d get it “fixed”. Every interaction was aggressive and unnecessary. THEN our fries were cold!! The food was not good at all. We attempted to call the manager and at least get our coupon back but Alexander answered saying the manager is not available. We then gave up because no one would help us. Will not be coming back to this location again.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Honestly, the tots were barely warm and tough, and the 7pc chicken dipping bites were short 1…c’mon how hard is it to count to 7? Poorly managed. You should be embarrassed.
