The beauty of making an order through the app is that it’s supposed to be quick and easy. It definitely wasn’t the case. I made the order, checked in at the stall. After waiting 15 minutes I, I pushed the button only to be told their machine was down. I’m confused as to why they allowed me to wait, never told me the problem and the only solution they gave was to call an 800 number for a refund. After that I uninstalled the app and will not visit there again. Be careful when you use their app and service.

It’s Us!
Pulled up, hit the red button at 5:30. Ordered a blast and one coke. Couple cars get their order and leave. Push the red button to check on my order, I’ve been waiting 30 minutes! A girl says “I’m sorry, but we’re only taking orders on the driving thru”. I tell her that I’ve already ordered, I’ve been here 30 minutes. Silence. Nothing. Definitely won’t go back to this one.

The food is always good and the service is friendly. They had some new servers that didn’t quite understand the system, but it was understandable. They guy that takes your order always seems to have an attitude issue, but it Saraland and that’s their culture.

SMH! Where do I start???? I go to Sonic to pick up a DoorDash. I push the button in stall 4, they say the order will be out. When the black girl with glasses comes out, she brings me 1 drink when the order calls for 2. I push the button again and they tell me, I’ll be with you in a minute. As I’m waiting, the order just didn’t smell like what the customer ordered. I told her and she opened the bag a seen that it wasn’t even the right order. She took the wrong order back with an attitude. Then she brought the so-called correct order back out but didn’t bring the correct drinks back out, but it was just too much time I had already wasted sitting there (25 minutes) so I just left. Good thing I was in touch with the customer letting them know the whole run-down. Sonic, please teach and train these folks some customer service. Do better!

I ordered a milkshake. The milkshake was awful it had thick chunks of something, possibly a thickener in it, and i just could not stir it enough to make it right. Most of it was still in my cup when i arrived at my home, so i put it in the food processor a bit. It was no better so i thew a seven dollar shake away. This is the second one and i always enjoyed the shakes from Sonic but i will not pay for a shake that i may not be able to consume.

This is the second time in two weeks that I have sat at this Sonic after ordering a slushy and tots off the app. The screen told me 15 minutes ago my food was on the way out. Now the screen is telling me to push the red button to start my order! So my slushy is sitting inside melting!

We were finally able to get a footlong coney that wasn’t so salty you couldn’t eat it. Would have been 5 stars had the person taking our order told us they were out of children’s toys and wacky packs. When you have an order with kids meals you should inform the person placing the order. The sweet tea wasn’t syrup for a change . Husband’s cherry limeade hit the spot for him. We will go back and maybe management will correct the issues.

I’m currently waiting 30 minutes and counting for my mobile order. A girl in a Sonic uniform, drinking from a paper cup, has come to the glass door and looked out at me several times since I’ve been parked in stall 3. I checked in on the app, and have pressed the red button twice in the 30+ minutes I’ve been waiting. Every time, “it will be right out”.
