Food is terrible service is even worse. I have gone here more than I should because it is so close to my house, but never again. The people are rude and don’t care in the slightest about doing their job. I don’t know if it’s on purpose, but two other cars that ordered their food after me got their order and were gone before my food ever came. Food is never stellar but the way it’s made is horrible. Something is always wrong and I order the food the way it comes on the menu. Today Saturday aug 5 at about 12:50pm I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a small blast. The sandwich had no tomato or pickle and tasted like they had dumped a pound of pepper on it and the blast tastes chemically and just had a few pieces of brownie and chocolate flakes right on top and the rest was just plain ice cream. To top it all off the total was $14.95. I think Ill drive a little further from now on.

I’ve frequented this location for many years without issues other than getting extra ketchup has always been a bit of a challenge. But lately, my burgers are not correct. I specifically asked on speaker what I need to ask to be omitted to get my burgers with cheese, lettuce and mayo only. She said omit tomato, but when I do that I get onions and/or pickles and she got snotty and said if that’s what I’m getting they aren’t making them right. Asking for a cheeseburger with lettuce and mayonnaise only just creates a surprise bag delivered to the car. Errors happen on occasion (but really shouldn’t) but nobody seems to know what to leave off for a “lettuce and mayonnaise only” burger. If a fast food joint expects a tip, they could come back later for the tip after the bag is opened and learn how to make a burger to order. It’s just getting too frequent. Hoping the manager sees this for training purposes. Sincere effort to give feedback.

It is Sonic.. but don’t like pulling up to a station and the screen not working.. to pull into another one and the same.. I asked why dont you put a cone in the stalls that don’t work.. The answer was because corp won’t let us because we will not be able to get point on our shops… SO LET’S INCONVENIENCE the CUSTOMER so they look good to corp.

This was the absolute worst sonic experience i have ever had. Not one hop had anything but a sullen look on their faces. Zero spirit on the team. Sad to see. Maybe it is 100% because of the bad food. The chicken dinner was awful. The chicken was small, flat and flaccid. I dipped it in the white gravy, which was uncooked. And smelled of nothing but water and flour. The runny substance dripped fully off my flaccid burnt chicken. My texas toast was not Texas at all. It was a single piece of sandwich bread, scalded, then folded in half and squished in the box. I managed to get a sad onion ring. Thin and partially breaded. Broken on top of the deal. Few burnt fries mixed in me tots. Tots were decently edible though. This sonic was the point of no return.

It’s always nice going to a well made sonic establishment. Food came out hot correct and best of all fast. Me an my wife ordered 4 meals it was out within 10 minutes. That’s better then most any fast food place I go to now a days. To top it off everyone working there was super nice.

I’m really having an issue with the chili cheese fries/tots lately. They changed the sizes so the small is like snack size and fits in the palm of my hand. Then if you order the large, it’s less then half filled up. my picture is literally what I pulled out of the bag.
