Every franchise is a little different. Some cleaner, some less. Servers vary (of course) mine was great. My hotdog was not hot! This location could use some cleaning. Sonic is one of the better FF chains.

Made a quick stop at Sonic for a banana milk shake. Delicious and good price for it. No issues with parking. A shout to Jennifer for being prompt and professional. She was working hard tonight. I like the menu changes too. They have a progress bar on the menu to keep you updated on the status of your order. I plan on coming back in the future.

Waited 5 mins for them to ask what I wanted. I ordered a Route 44 Dt Coke. Nothing else. I wasn’t able to pay for my order at kiosk. Waited another 6 mins. Pushed the red button and told them I was still waiting for my drink. The girl acted surprised and said it was on the way out. It took another 3 mins to get my drink. I’ll go to Chick-fil-a for now on for my Dt Coke. 14 mins to get a Route 44 Dt Coke

I ordered a Sonic Slush and Breakfast Biscuit with bacon and cheese. The person who took my order was very distracted, and there was lots of chatter in the background. The order listed a burger with lettuce, tomato, and no cheese, I inquired about this and they said it was fine. When I got my order the carhop was good, the Slush was very good, but I got the burger instead of the biscuit I had asked for. Where I come from there is a large distance between a biscuit and a burger, and I am very disappointed in the lack of good service here.

I stopped in from traveling and there was no way I was going to order. The drive through was packed as well as all of the parking spots to order was taken. I didn’t even order knowing it would take forever to get anything. This place is way to packed to service this amount of people. They need to do something about the amount of people. I never seen a sonic so packed in my life. I am not even sure if its worth to come through again seeing how it was.

Do NOT go through the Drive-thru at Sonic! Got 2 number ones & both were Stone Cold after Clearly having been reheated in the microwave. The bread was like cardboard, but the hamburger was cold. Tater Tots were at least 30 minutes old & cold. The is the worst thing I have ever tasted. It was $18.00 plus tip. It was 12:00 on a Saturday & they didn’t have hot food. Unbelievable.
