I’ve been to several different Sonics around this area and honestly out of them all Greenbrier is the most professional and respectful. The food can leave a little to be desired sometimes as it doesn’t come out very fresh, however, I base my reviews on everything about a spot, not just food. Whoever owns Greenbrier Sonic really invested well by doing the facelift they did! I like driving by and seeing the freshness it brings to the area. For the most part, staff is respectful and professional. I recommend our Sonic to all who ask me about it!

After stealing from me I’m done. They always have app issues with this specific location but normally I can work around it. This time the app took my order, I got the notification from the bank that the money was taken for it, and then the app crashed. When I opened it back the location showed unavailable for ordering from here. Told Jason over the intercom and he said “hang on”. 15 minutes later I hit the intercom button again and he said they didn’t have an order. Came out to my car and said “I’m new here. I can take your order again” dude why would I pay for the the order twice? When I asked if he had a manager on duty he said she was inside counting money and wouldn’t do anything.

We had an awful experience. We pulled up before closing, 15 min, and yes I know right before closing. I’ve worked many years in the food industry and I do my best not to do this but you never know someone’s circumstances… this happened to be one of those times. Anyway, when we rang for service I saw someone walk to the back, away from the windows. No one answered, went to another pull up, rang the bell for service, no one answered. When we finally pulled off I saw a blond headed girl pop her head up and then duck when she saw us. Absolutely horrible. I understand it’s right before closing but you don’t know the circumstances of what people are dealing with and why the pull up when they do.

Unfortunately it’s not the first time I had issues here so finally I decided to rate this store. Both burgers I ordered have been wrapped up very bad so one of them fell apart right inside a bag it was brought to us. Fries was cold and dry. I had no issue with the burger replacement request but then I had very tough conversation with one of manager that thought I complained on fries for no reason but just to get a free one. it was so ridiculous and unprofessional. Definitely it was my last visit of the store.

I don’t order milkshakes very often so I decided I wanted a milkshake. What I wanted and what I got was 2 different things. We ordered Oreo with Reeses peanut butter sauce which is how it’s even listed on the menu, we had to tell her 4 times what we wanted and she kept ringing up everything but that. I ended up getting just a plain vanilla milkshake with peanut butter cups in it and a few crushed up oreo pieces in the bottom. Very disappointing in this location. I stopped going here before because of the service and took a chance on it tonight thinking surely they could get a milkshake right but I guess I was wrong
