The atmosphere was my car so that’s a 5. The food was just Mozarella Sticks ,they were good. We had 2 drinks my daughters drink was good and had a nice amount of ice. We love the ice!! My drink was good, ot was a Dr Pepper add Cherry and Vanilla but the lack of soda to ice ratio,the drink got warm fast so I had to throw it away. The service ,the person taking the order was good. The guy bringing out the food was not pleasant, he was just passing this bag back and forth ,didn’t get us the right drinks at 1st. He wasn’t friendly and he was unorganized, the first items he gave us, the bag of food that had a Corn dog and Mozarella Sticks belonged to the lady next to us. This was our 1st and last time at this location, Sonic is the only place I can get my Dr Pepper made like this since the company stopped making them but anyteewhooo I’ll stick to my locations where service has always been the same for decades..but this was our experience if you like it I love it for you

I visited this Sonic before going to work, ordered a BLT with cheese and they gave me the wrong thing. When I got to work, opened my sandwich wrap, it was a sausage, egg, and cheese toaster not a BLT. I don’t understand how they got that wrong when the guy repeated my order back to me and it was correct on the screen and on my receipt . They hardly had any cars/customers there so I’m not sure how they messed up my order. Smh and I was craving a BLT sandwich. I should’ve checked my food before leaving.

I ordered a chili cheese dog and they kept messing up the order it took them 15mins to even bring out the order ,then once they brought it out the bread was hard and it was no chili on it so i had my wife send it back they then took another 7-8mins to bring it iut once they did the bread was still HARD i feel like they microwaved it and just sent it back out so we requested a refund on everything! Customer service is horrible someone needs to see what is going on in there ASAP!!

It’s sonic what can I say, world’s best drive in fast food. The food is always cooked to order. Miss the rollerskating car hops tho. But it’s to be understood why most don’t do it. This one is closest to work so it’s my location, but friendly advice the entrance pavement needs repair very badly. Huge broken spots in the pavement could cause bad damage to aftermarket wheels and tires.
