I’ve always really liked this location aside from how sloooow they are (even when there’s no one here). But I wasn’t going to hold that against them because I know it’s hard to find good help these days. I’m here pretty regularly and a few things have changed. Their chicken strips for one. They used to be tender and juicy, now they are thick and tough. My son won’t even touch them. And the last 2 times I’ve been, I’ve ordered sweet tea and got unsweet. So I’m in the drive thru as I type this waiting on a fix for a THIRD tea mess up. And I’ve been sitting here 18 minutes just waiting for a sweet tea. I’m not one to complain and generally easy to please when it comes to food places, but this is ridiculous. Please get it together, Sonic. I love y’all, but DANG. (Oh and as I drove off, I realized they just gave me back the same tea and threw sugar in it. So just unsweet tea with sugar in the bottom.) Thanks a heap

Placed an order through the app, waited an hour at the stall, and never got my order. Pressed the call button and never got a response. There were multiple people complaining, pulled off to the side from the drive thru, people walking up and banging on the door to get someone’s attention. They were not that busy, maybe they were understaffed, but there was no effort to communicate with the customers and the employees seemed incompetent.

They always get my order wrong. I order a chicken sandwich, I get a hamburger. I order a flavored water, I get plain water. Food is often cold. I call to help and they hang up on me- immediately saying “we are closed” not giving me time to tell them what they did wrong. It’s so disappointing. You can tell the employees and management do not care about the patrons or quality of the food.

Had to order in drive thru lane only. Could not park anything but a car in the pull in car-hop spots because of signs stating cars only so that was a disappointment after driving all day and not being able to pull in to order & enjoy eating with my family. Never been to a SONIC where they didn’t allow anything but a car to park. Drive thru lane was LONG, SLOW, Very difficult to hear the person taking orders through the speaker, employee was RUDE, kept taking order WRONG. Sat waiting a long time to pay & get our food. Some of the food tasted really good, ice cream orders where very sub-par & were thrown together quickly. Did not even make some of them correctly. Gave 4 people – total 2 napkins. I personally will not consider coming back to this SONIC location in the future.

Terrible experience. This was my second time there and I spent 10 minutes in the drive-in waiting for someone to take my order before going through the drive thru. I watching an employee storm out of the door and yell at a customer in their car saying “If you would’ve waited I was about to get you your food!”. I wasn’t sure what it was about, but rude nonetheless. The first time I was there, I waited 45 minutes in the drive-in after checking on my order 3 times with the employees insisting my food would be out within “5 minutes”. By the time I pulled out of the drive-in an employee chased my car down with the bag of food asking if I still wanted it… I don’t think this needs to be said, but I definitely won’t be back.

Tried to visit this location multiple times now and they always have a significant delay. It’s either their system is down, drive thru not accepting orders, or a long wait quoted for the drive thru (I.e. 20 min). I see several other similar comments about these issues. This Sonic needs to figure it out or just close. Won’t be going back.

It’s decent but one thing I’ve noticed about several fast food places is that the quality of the service is way down. If I order a drink it should automatically come with a straw. We had to ask for straws. We left and were going through our bag…no napkins… and I mean at all. Ordered through the app and it still took a while to get our food. It was okay though.

I have given this place the benefit of the doubt so many times. But it’s just bad. The “blasts” have almost no toppings and are mostly vanilla ice cream. The service is unfriendly. The food is subpar. It’s sad because I usually love Sonic.

I love sonic but I don’t normally get breakfast but was craving some French toast sticks. Order them at 645 am. Pulled up to the window. Say there for like 15 mins. I understand it’s early. But there was one person working.
