Stall #14 does not work. When you push the button it says it has been activated but it took over 10 minutes to take our order. While we waited to give our order new customers drove up and placed their order before we did. They did give us napkins without having to ask but only gave us 3 ketchups when we asked for ketchup. Our car hop was extremely nice .

I have had two terrible experiences here. The last time I was here I received a strawberry cheesecake milkshake that was bad it was hot and tasted sour. I tried calling the facility multiple times to inform them. And no one answered. We came back this morning and the lady was super rude with a terrible attitude and you could hardly hear her. I will NEVER be coming back here and so disappointed in this service.

I ordered the food here from doordash. The food was cheap and good. The problem was that they left out one of my items. I ordered 5 small items and the tater tots were missing. The staff told my dasher that everything was in the bag, but it wasn’t. Dashers are not allowed to look in the bag, but the restaurant is responsible for the order. My dasher was great and felt really bad and also apologized which wasn’t even her fault.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered two sodas and a cup of ice on the app. At some point it showed on the screen that it was on the way (said CARHOP – no name). I pressed the button fifteen minutes in and asked for a manager. I was told she was the manager, and the only employee there, and it went down hill from there. She insinuated she did something to the drinks so I threw them out and I will NEVER tip on the app again. This location needs to go.

Go somewhere else. Food was cold & old. I ordered a 5 piece chicken dinner they gave me old nasty clumpy gravy. I got 2 actual chicken strips I’m leaving a picture tell me they didn’t do me dirty I’ll never get food from there ever again !

Where do I begin? Ordered through the sonic app and arrived at this location to pick up our dinner. The order was delivered. Before we left, we always check our order (because something is always wrong). We were shorted tots and large onion rings. We hit the sonic button and awaited a response. The girl came over the speaker, we explained we were missing items from our order and she proceeded to say; “well we are out of onion rings”. Ok, I paid for them and you expect me to leave without telling me you were out or ask for a replacement. Where in the world is it ok to steal people’s money? Because that’s basically what your location is doing!!! How dare you and your employees steal from your customers!!! You should never let people leave without their full order and expect that to be acceptable!!! It is inexcusable, ridiculous, and downright horrible business practice! Oh and this is not the first time that’s happened, so please don’t use that as an excuse! It’s a practice at your facility!! Not to mention, our drink order was wrong and one drink came out with zero ice. Let me point out one other thing, the signs plastered all over your building are all misspelled!! UNATTENTED IS NOT A WORD! It should be unattended with a D not a T!

Terrible service, food was wrong twice , kid taking orders had her a tude going on also at 9:00 P.M 7 – 17 – 23 . They clearly need adult supervision at this location. Playing on cell phone instead of taking people’s orders was highly noticed.
