Ordered a drink. Zoey signed the drink out because it had been sitting for over 10 minutes. She then did not bring it out for an other 5-7 minutes. I witnessed her take 2 orders out after the drink had been signed out. I worked for Johnny and Joyce Young and this would have never been acceptable. No apology for the drink being so late. Sad day when it takes a close to 20 minutes to get a drink.

I picked up lunch today at sonic they were very busy. Got home with my lunch come to find out that they give me 3 super sonic cheese burgers and left my bacon double cheeseburger out. I had never had no problems with sonic but today was very disappointing.

The only good thing about my experience was how sweet my carhop, Kylen, was. I ordered a number 10 with mozzarella sticks and a number 17. I got one package of marinara. I pushed the button and asked for syrup. No one ever came out. I waved to my carhop and asked her. Someone else came out. I didn’t catch her name but, she very rudely told me they’d have to charge me for the extra. I tried to explain to her that I never got any and, she cut me off , saying they had put two in the bag. I told her all I had gotten was the one marinara and, even showed her my bag. She still, very rudely insisted that they’d have to charge me. So, I just left. I’ve never been charged for extra sauce, let alone sauce I never got.

Just wanna say I don’t always come to sonic..but this morning I did an I have to say I don’t remember it being like it use to but today it reminded me that it’s the people that work there that make it the best experience I asked for a grilled cheese an I know what’s so special about that..well first off it was cut for it was perfect in shape form when I took the two pieces apart it the amount of cheese was perfect!! Normally I would have given them a five star but we ordered chili cheese tots and all I got was cheese tots and my husband’s tots barely had any chili on them. They was also cold. My strips was old and dried out. I know everyone is wondering why I didn’t personal say something to them about it is cause I felt like the manager wouldn’t have done anything about it cause they was letting the girls just stand around and flirt.
