If I could give this less than one star I would. The management here is the worst I have ever been involved with. This man needs to be fired and replaced as soon as possible. I have give this place many changes to place an order correct. Every time it has been wrong. I as the owner to call me even though I know he will not. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to and I have been to them all over the country. Do not I repeat do not go here it will be bad surprise.

Went and ordered 2 drinks paid with card at stall. Waited showed drinks were being brought out and 15 minutes passed still no drinks. Called the store and asked to speak with the manager and was told they were bringing them and I told him they should not have cleared the screen showing they were on the way until they were actually coming. He hung up on me and I went to the door and asked for him again I then requested either my order or my money back. He asked what my order was and I told him the stall number and stated if it was ready like he said he only needed to give me the order I was standing right there. The manager then shut the door in my face and I never received my drinks or my money back. I did call the Sonic customer service number and disputed the charge at my bank but this should have been an easy resolution that the very young manager in charge could not handle.

I frequent this location. I like the jumbo chicken. Today I ordered ahead for a tea and jumbo chicken. I picked it up and was on my way home. That chicken was like jerky. Super dry and hard. Manager didnt offer to remake. Manager told me it was perfectly fine to eat just a little brown, and they could give a refund.
