When you ask for NO TOMATO on your burgers, that means NO TOMATO. When you order cheese sticks and you don’t get the marinara sauce, but you get tons of ketchup, there’s a problem!!! Red Bank on Dayton Blvd (the worst one) and Hixson Pike near Dupont Pkwy needs to learn to read tickets better. When that takes place, I’ll change my review. I stopped tonight to pick up my online order. I was the only customer on the premises. My order consisted of 2 Sonic Cheeseburgers, which were to have no tomato and 2 regular Sonic Cheeseburgers (only ONE burger had NO TOMATO), I received a free small cheese sticks for my birthday, and I ordered 1 medium cheese sticks. No marinara sauce but a handful of ketchup. I was too generous on my tip for this kind of service.

Food: Ordered the “SUPERSONIC breakfast burrito” and a rt 44 ocean water. There was nothing super about the burrito as it had minimal toppings and was smaller than any burrito I’ve ever seen. I asked for no onions yet there were plenty of onions. The drink was only filled 3/4 up which completely defeats the idea of ordering the biggest drink on menu (rip-off).

So the last two times I’ve been to Sonic in Hixson, the service was not good. One time they didn’t have any slushies available. This last time we went to Sonic the customer service was very rude. I had to ask her how are you doing, do you know how to speak to people before you, as would you like to order. When we got to the window I could tell the lady had an attitude but she did take my money and didn’t say thank you or anything.

This place is horrible. I just went there with my son and ordered 1 order of small mozzarella sticks and a small lemonade and we waited 40 min for our food before leaving with nothing. The same girl came to my window and asked what I ordered 2 separate times . She kept coming out with food and it apparently was for no one she could never find the car the food was for. I went an hour before my sons karate lesson to get him a snack and we left with no food and we’re late.

This is probably one of the worst Sonic’s I’ve been to. We waited 20 minutes for some food that I know for a fact only takes like less than 5 minutes to prepare and they had a cook and someone taking orders. I didn’t really see what the issue was…. I used to work for sonic and only had two people one day and it went ten times faster than the service we got tonight. The guy at the window also loaded up my cherry coke with ice and also used slush syrup instead of cherry syrup from the fountain so it didn’t taste the same. Please just close this location down if you can’t keep enough employees. And might I add, this was my boyfriends food that took so long for these incompetent employees to make.

We ordered on the app to get half priced drinks and we sat in a stall for 30 minutes before we hit the red button for the individual working to tell me that he didn’t have anyone to bring stuff out. There were two workers sitting outside the entire time which was kitchen crew but they didn’t have the decency to come and tell me I needed to come through the drive through. Never going back!

I’ve been here recently 3 times to get drinks and once for food. 1st time they forgot my small chili cheese coney….I didn’t realize til I got home 10 mins away and didn’t have time to go back. 2nd time the lady brought my slushie with nerds…was about to hand it to me and said “oh wait this doesn’t look right “….so she came back with a new one. I got home and realized there’s no nerds. OK. Now today got another sushi with nerds….I checked this time and saw nerds….thought it was ok….no. it was like they forgot and threw 10 nerds on the top. Fool me once….blah blah. Guess I gotta just go to the one on dayton blvd.

This is continuously run by rude individuals. They only have the drive-thru open and then bark at uou through the speaker that the lanes are closed. Cannot be bothered to answer a simple question, you must sit through the 45 minute drive thru to even ask a question.They are one of the slowest places on earth and the food can be described as mediocre at best. Corporate would be smart to shut this location down, I’m sure they probably cost them more money and cause more issues than their worth.

Told they were only taking mobil orders. I asked if I could get a bag of ice. Kid said as he only had one coworker his stupervisor told him to only take mobile orders Update Nice young man on drive thru addressed the situation very favorably. Maybe he needs to be the supervisor( manager).
